DC Auto Luxury Window Tinting

Spoke to owner on phone. He was helpful and pleasant. Decided to use his business even though they were slightly more expensive than competitors. I went to DC Auto to make an appointment. Two women behind counter when I arrived. One was so rude and unconcerned about me as a customer . . . acted as if I was intruding on her time and when I asked about the different grades of tinting, she told me to go into the showroom and look at the options. Offered no assistance and totally disinterested in me as a client. I then decided to do business elsewhere as it appeared that the employees were not as concerned about me and therefore would not be concerned about the quality of work done on 2 vehicles.

Had window tinting installed on my 2017 Tesla Model X. Was able to get my vehicle in to have this work done in a very reasonable amount of time. Dave's knowledge of window tinting film and application is truly exceptional and he does a brilliant job of educating customers on what the best film is for your car in terms of material, color / look, and price. Install time was reasonable (a couple hours). Very, very highly recommended!

By far this is the best tint job I have ever done on any of my vehicles . I wish I had known about DC Auto earlier. I went with their best product , nanoparticle film , and very glad I did it. I came in on early Saturday morning and since they had opening they scheduled me in right away. Two hrs. later car was ready. Job was done on my new F350 and after inspecting every corner I could not locate a single mistake. Their name says it all "Luxury Window Tinting". It is my first time using this kind of tint, (nanoparticle) and I was blown away by temperature difference inside my truck the following day when I got in it. It is worth every single penny. If you are somebody that appreciates great product I would suggest to look no further. Now 2nd part : Customer service You think their tint work is great, wait till you see their customer service. By far you will not encounter anything like this in Vegas unless inside of high end strip casinos. Dave knows how to run a business and we should all take a class from him. Jessica was super nice and helpful. They have very relaxing waiting room , super clean, large tv, comfy couch , stocked with water and small chips. They both went out of their way to make my experience with DC Auto "The Best Ever". Again , they are the best at what they do and if you care about your car this is a place for you.

The reason we went back there is because they took care of us the first time we went there. They have a professional staff, and work with us. The first time they had to do the vehicle about 5 times but we went back to them because they gave us a good deal.

This was the best experience Ive had with window tint. The workers were very nice, and they had a waiting area and a conference room. They let me use the conference room so that I could take care of things while my car was being tinted. The window tint looks great as well! I will definitely be recommending DC auto to my friends! eMailed a couple of times to make sure they had templates for my car (its a new body style) and then scheduled an appointment for April 25. I dropped off the car in the AM, and they gave me a ride back to the office (just 2 miles away). I chose the 30% Ceramic tint (wanted heat reduction more than loss of light). The car was ready in a few hours, and they even came to pick me up ! Upon pickup and inspection, the tint was done well, no and quot;seam linesand quot; in the back window, and so far, no bubbles or dirt found. They explained their and quot;no faultand quot; warranty (so even if I did find an issue, in the future, would be no charge to redo a window). As we start to hit our 100+ degree days in Vegas, the tint helps a lot .. so the tint is working just as advertised. Only reason for a and quot;Band quot; on price, is that I booked with a 10% off window tinting (they advertised on FaceBook), and then didn't seem to know anything about their social media advertising or discounts when I arrived.

Would highly recommend this company. Called on a Friday and was able to get an appointment for Monday. The office was very professional and since I hadn't had tint put on any vehicle before, I appreciated being informed on what I should and should not do. Would definitely use them in the future if the need arises.

Called and set up appointment, very professional. Left car at location and they gave us a ride to the mall to hang out for a few hours. Quite pricey, but the finished job is amazing.

I chose DC auto based on reviews I found on Angie's List and a recommendation from the Honda dealership where I bought my car. After reading about the various tint options on DC Auto's website, I stopped by in person to see the tints and get a demo of their heat wall. I was already leaning toward the nanoparticle tint, but after feeling the heat through the various films during the heat wall demo, I made up my mind that the nanoparticle tint was worth the extra cost. I made an appointment for a few days later. The facility is very nice, but I had a ride, so I went home and DC auto called me when my car was ready. They called about four hours later and the car looks great. They guarantee their work and will replace the tint if it bubbles or fades or is accidentally damaged. I highly recommend DC auto and am planning to use them in the near future to tint a window in our home.

They were very helpful and gave us a lot of options. We needed this tint because my wife has light sensitivity. We didn't know much about getting windows tinted and they were spot on on getting us what we needed. They told us it would be about 3 hours but they were able to get it done faster. They drove us and picked us up at a shopping mall so we had something to do during the service.

The tint looks great and I notice a big reduction in heat absorption. Their customer service was very friendly however there was a slight miscommunication. I requested the clear paint protection film for the front of the truck both on the phone and in person when I dropped the truck off. When we picked the truck up there was no paint protection applied. It was then explained to me that they did not currently have anyone qualified to do the paint protection. I was not charged for it so no harm no foul but if they can't provide that service it should be removed from their website and I should have been told about it before hand. They expect to have a qualified individual within a month. I probably would have chosen another place to perform the work so I could avoid having to go to different places.

At the recommendation of a friend, I selected DC Auto to install window tint on my Honda Accord Coupe. I read about their products on their website and called the morning of inquiring about an appointment. They allowed me to bring the car right in. The sales rep explained their various products to me, demonstrated each on their and quot;heat walland quot;. I selected premium nano-technology tint. After about two hours the technician visited with me about one area he was having difficulty (large curved rear window) and asked for a little more time. The original sales rep returned and inspected the job and had the technician's redo the back window. While we waited for the window to be redone, they promptly gave us a ride to grab lunch, and since we had been there for 3 hours they purchased my lunch. Overall, I waited a solid fours hours, but I appreciated the extra time to do the job right. The waiting room is pleasant as well as their conference room, both equiped with large TVs with Direct TV. Free WIFI for is available which helped pass time for daughter that was with me. The bathroom was exceptionally clean. All of the staff members were pleasant. I believe it is important to keep in mind that while some of their pricing seems high, be sure you understand what other tint stores offer and how it compares to the products offered by DC Auto. Also keep in mind DC Auto provides a No-Fault Warranty!

I would refer this company to friends and neighbors. I thought their price was a little expensive but was happy with the quality; so it could be pricey for some people's case. I will use them again in the future.

I thought it went well, very knowledgeable, professional, and customer service oriented. I thought the price was a bit much say $100 to much. I am undecided if this is really working on the side and back windows but the windshield tint has made a difference. I got middle grade ceramic tint.

Have no complaints-everything went just the way it was scheduled. The guy was on time, he was neat, picked up after himself and was very pleasant
