Orlander, is very polite and professional. He did a great job explaining the benefits of new windows and demonstrating the functionality of the windows. Also he was very helpful getting us approved.

My wife scheduled an appointment for 7/24/21 at 2:00 pm. We changed our schedule to make sure we would be home that Saturday. We get a call around 1:30pm saying they need to push appointment back to 3:30pm we said no problem. Then we get another call around 2:45pm saying they cannot make it till 4:30pm. We had dinner plans so we said lets just reschedule for the next Saturday 7/31/21 at 2:00pm again! He said Awesome I will make a note on your information that we had to keep pushing your appointment time back. So now its now the next Saturday we get a call confirming our 2:00pm appointment which we confirmed! So here we are waiting again then we get another call around 1:30pm saying they cant make it till around 3-3:30pm is that okay? No its not okay we decided to take our business elsewhere I wouldnt suggest using this company you may never get your job done because they never show up!
