+ -1 moreGreat. It was done quickly and thoughfully in a manner that did not disrupt the hair salon business. David Bunker was very easy to get ahold of and very thorough in explaining the existing situation and the available options. I'd never heard about NEOGARD, but now I know its merits, which will be useful for future projects. He also gave me a great reference in a different scope of work. Would definitely work with David again !
Description of Work: Right after I took over management of a 5500 square foot commercial building with a poorly-made roof, it started to leak and cause damage in the hair salon below. After reading the reviews on Angie's List, I called about 4 different companies. Something made me go with D & L right away. (I cant remember what it was, but I am very happy about it!) They checked it and sent me detailed photos of the issues and gave me several options to choose from. The one I chose entailed a cleaning of all roof drains, repairing roofing membrane on the low sloped roof, repair of damaged roof membrane, splits, cracks, holes, nails or staple backing out of sheathing, open seams, missing roofing etc as needed with NEOGARD Elasta-gard BUR:MB III with reinforcement fabric as needed. Resealing all roof penetrations and roof curbs with NEOGARD with reinforcement fabric as needed. Clean up and haul away of all related debris.

+ -1 moreTheir schedule was full but they made a space for us within a week to get the emergency repairs done. We had to wait a few more weeks to start the whole project. Alex was great to work with he kept in touch letting me know what was going to happen and when. Alex even took pictures of the work progress for us when were not there to see the work in person. We are really pleased with all of the work done!
Description of Work: We had a roof leak and used angies list to select a roofing company to come fix the problem. That company did not do flat roof repairs but recommended D&L roofing. We called and Nathan came right out gave us an estimate for the repair as well as one to redo the whole flat roof section as our house had it's original 1992 roof and it had been patched multiple times.
