I requested a quote to replace my window. i gave them the estimated measurements in my inital message and was given a quote. I had them come out the next day (on a Friday) to measure and give me accurate quote. price was only $10 more then the inital quote. they were out on Monday to install it. Albert is the one who came for the quote and the install. He was professional, quick and pleasent all around person. He showed up on time both days. I highly recommend this company! They were cheaper then other competitors but that doesnt mean their values are cheap. Their quality and professionalism were far better then the other companies I dealt with.

Office was very responsive, scheduled an estimate appointment right away. All that went smoothly. Installation did not go well...window frame got scratched and widow sill plaster was chipped twice. Technician propped up 2 windows up against wall in my bedroom and they slid down the wall, chipping the edge in several places! He also broke the lock on one window (which he replaced the following week). They did have another company that completes these repairs to the plaster, they called right away to schedule the plaster repairs, came as planned and did an excellent job...I could not tell where the chips were following the repair!

It went well. The techs came out the same day to give me an estimate and the glass was ready to be installed the next day. Their appointment window times are very wide but the tech agreed to call me an hour ahead of his arrival which worked out great. The price for this window was excellent. No problems so far with the window and it looks identical to my other, factory new windows.

I never hired them, they said they did not work on this sort of job. Perhaps it was not a big enough job for them? Who knows,

Great Service, made a call and 3hrs. later they came took measurements and gave me the exact quote. This was for dual pane glass so the price was just the amount I had planned on spending. They returned the next day to take out the old and put the new one in. Tracie and his helper were done in minutes. Great service, will call again if services ever needed.

Called on afternoon of Sept 21, 2015 and they came right over that afternoon. Took measurements, provided an estimate, and came back the next day between 2 PM and 6 PM. Returned the next day around 3:30 PM and were finished by 4:15 PM. Fast and efficient pleasant to deal with.

.I contacted Cut Rate Glass because my general contractor dropped the ball. After several weeks in a row of hearing it will be done Friday, I said forget it I will handle it. My realtor recommended Cut Rate Glass. I called on a Thursday, had the estimate Friday, today the following Tuesday 3 windows were installed ( one was a large arched window and another was a large tempered window above the tub in the master bath and last was a regular window on the side of the house). Scheduling and communication with the office was easy and efficient and both the estimator and installers were punctual, polite, and professional. My general contractor could learn a lot from these guys.

From company's office personnel, ( Alejandra and Aimee), to Manuel and co-worker/partner , they were all easy to deal with. Manuel did a great job.

They showed up when there were supposed to and let me know that they'd have an estimate for me within 2-3 days. After a week went by I called Andrew and he apologized and just told me that they decided not to take the job and he'd forgotten to call me back. Very unprofessional to not follow up on an important job to potential customers. He said the job was too hard, yet several other glass companies were eager to offer me the estimate and wanted the work.

Went in with measurements , did not have an appointment, and the glass was cut with some wait. Had 4 pieces cut.

They're fabulous. We called four different replacement glass companies on Angie's List. All of them told us to wait for two weeks because they have to order the parts. Cut Rate Glass, Inc. was out here one afternoon and they installed it in an hour. They were classic and clean. We were out cleaning up the backyard and blew a rock. It shattered one of the French doors. We also saved ourselves some money from them. They were wonderful. They were friendly, fast and prompt. They gave us an on-the-phone quote. When they arrived, it was exactly what they said it was. They got it done. Everything they promised, they gave us. and they promised a lot. They said that they're going to be here between 3 and 5 and they got here at 3.

I would highly recommend this company. They had my glass in stock and sent a service man out within hours of my call. He was polite and professional. He did a great job and cleaned up everything. Other companies I called said they would have to order the glass, that it could take as long as 2 or 3 weeks before they could do the job. Cut Rate Glass could also call their company First Rate Glass, they are that good. Save yourself some time and call them first.

Manuel arrived within 4 hours of my call for service. He did an excellent job of cleaning up the broken glass. He disassembled the patio door and took the broken frame to his truck to replace the glass. He reassembled the door and adjusted the workings so that the door functions better than it ever has. Manuel performed a superb repair job. He was pleasant, professional and efficient. The entire job was completed in about an hour. We could not be happier with Cut Rate Glass and especially Manuel. We would highly recommend their service to everyone particularly Senior Citizens.

Service was great! They replaced a broken window shortly after I purchased my home. Arrangements were made over the phone and the service was performed when I was not home. No problems to report.

I had a coffee table without glass because I have kids and believe it or not, they try to clean where they are not too clean. .Well, I wish my kids cleaning was a daily thing, but it's not . :( Anyways, I searched for a place that could cut a glass my friend had given me for this table and found "Cut Rate Glass, Inc." among other. Neat less to say they were better priced, nicer and very professional. My glass could not be cut so I ended up buying one from this company. It was the priced well and now my table is a usable table again. I will definitely use them again and have already told friend about it.

Called the company to schedule a window install on a piece of insulated glass I bought. They told me they would be at my house between 9AM an 12PM...but they didn't show up until almost 1. I had to call them to find out where they were and they never got back to me. When they arrived to install the glass, I was told they couldn't give me a receipt for the job because "if they broke the window, they were not responsible". Then, they asked me for $40 cash up front (no other payment would be considered) before the job as a down payment...again without a receipt or anything in writing stating they would actually do the job. When I told him I didnt feel comfortable giving him cash without any sort of guarantee that they would show up the guy just up and walked out my front door. Very unprofessional attitude. In my opinion its very shady for a company to want to be paid up front without any guarantees, not offer any receipts, and state that if they break something they're not liable.
