Tim has installed flooring in our home on several previous occasions. Because we had had excellent results with him and appreciated his work, we contacted him again when we needed flooring. He came to our home, measured, and listened to us tell him what we wanted (hypo allergenic carpet in the master bedroom and stairs, and hypoallergenic laminate in our upstairs loft). Tim ordered the laminate and carpeting, scheduled and completed installation, and we are very pleased. We highly recommend Tim Pounders for planning and installing flooring! Note: The cost was higher than normal due to the hypo allergenic materials used in manufacture and installation of flooring.

Tim's work was perfect and he communicated every day with me about the progress. He bent over backwards to make us happy. I did this job from 2000 miles away and not being there. I met Tim two years ago through a referral and we didn't do any of this work we talked about for two years and he stuck with me the whole time. I won't never trust anyone to do work for me in Vegas other than Tim.

They did beautiful work. My master bath is a work of art and the downstairs looks fabulous. They were friendly, reliable and, most importantly, when issues came up (which they always do in any construction project) they fixed them. I would definitely use Tim and his team again.

Met with Tim Pounders for an estimate, he explained in detail the work that would be accomplished and sent me an estimate a couple days later. Work included taking walls down to the studs, replacing the drywall, and application of Hydroban waterproofing, then tile setting. His co-worker also named Tim does excellent tile work and the finished product looks great. Complete job took three weeks, a little longer than I had anticipated.

They were meticulous, paid a lot of attention to detail, paid attention to me, answered all our questions, and were not in a hurry.
