If I emailed him a question in advance of the move, he responded quickly, even in off hours. When it came to the move, he was able to accommodate a schedule change because of a closing delay. The contract was signed in the cloud and simple to use. When it came to moving day, he and his team came ready to work. They were prepared with tape, padding and shrink wrap and were extremely careful with our belongings. We did have a small piece fall off the truck as the doors were opened and the damage was minor. Within an hour of David leaving my new place, I had an email from his wood repair guy asking when he can set up a repair. A move is stressful and you can't ever predict what will happen, but I didn't expect to hear from David and the repair person at 11:30pm the day of my move. The move was complex, as we were downsizing from a 2900sf house to a 1200sf apartment and sending some stuff to a storage unit and leaving some furniture behind for the new homeowner. They loaded the apartment stuff first, then the storage unit so they could off load that first. It was a long day from start to finish and that was my only concern. It could have taken a little less time. That said, cross country movers team did an awesome job, were respectful and courteous the entire time they were in my presence and took great care in making the move as low stress as possible. I am certain they will be around for quite some time. Good customer service and a safe, reliable mover are hard to find. Cross country movers excels at both.

With recommendation from my friend mike, he suggested I call on the company cross country movers. It was the BEST decision possible for such a stressful day. It was a crew of 3 men. These men showed up promptly at 8:45AM and were extremely polite and efficient. Their demeanor never shifted, even after loading, three separate drop offs (my sister and I were getting things from the folks), and unloading all the way in Los Angeles. It was a 12 hour shift. I am so impressed by how kind and compassionate these guys were. Here they are laboring for half a day and they never stopped smiling and being polite. It made for a very difficult day a lot less stressful. Even when I had a mid day melt down, one guy, robert, took a moment to make sure I was ok. by the end of it all, there were lots of hugs and gratitude. I really could not have asked for a better crew to take care of my family on such a difficult day. Cross country movers were professionals and I recommend you hire them for any moving needs.

I've moved 6x in 10 years, both in and out of state (5 moves being in the last 5 years!), and oh, how I wish I had found Cross Country Movers sooner! This was the best moving experience I've had. Joey and Mike were the hardest working, most conscientious and kindest movers with whom I've ever dealt. I've used two big name movers in the past and today's crew surpasses past experiences in every way. They took two breaks in almost 6 hours- 3 and 25 minutes. I'm all about breaks, especially when it's humid outside but these guys kept going, going, going... They were still smiling and professional at the end of the day as they were in the beginning. Wow. I'm exhausted from what always accompanies move day, but I am happy! Thank you so much Cross Country for the smoothest long distance move ever!

The service that we received from Cross Country Long Distance Moving was truly outstanding. James was fantastic with all of the times ands dates, and would give us updates at the drop of a hat, even to days when they were really busy. They are such hard and fast workers, and barely took a break at all. The next day because they squeezed us in at short notice, they still came in the evening and began the move, and at 12.30Am. We had to say STOP! and asked them if it could be completed the next day. They were more than happy to do this, and I'm sure they would have been just as happy to keep working to the early hours of the morning to get it done! (We however, were more worried about annoying our new neighbors by moving in at 2am!) All in all, the Team have been so accommodating, friendly, hard working, fast and are fantastic value for money with not a single breakage! Would definitely use again and would recommend Cross Country Movers to everyone!!

I was moving 170 miles, the house was packed it was time to choose a packing time. I had a number of quotes from reps who came around, none with any confidence. I called Cross Country Movers and spoke to Fatima, she wanted my estate agents details to get the pics up on screen, she called back within 3 mins, we went through the house room by room. She outlined the service and sent the contract through refreshingly clear. I had a lot of gear to go. Two days before a reassuring email hoping all is going well? It was the same at the other end, everything was put where we wanted it, Brilliant can?t praise you enough. All the guys on the day were absolutely fantastic. There was nothing they wouldn't do, we're so friendly and helpful, punctual. The whole moving day went really, really well - a large part of this was down to the Cross Country Movers guys.

I am writing my first ever review for Cross Country Movers because they were the best long distance moving service I've ever used! They moved us from a 4 bedroom house to another home 648 miles away, including a washer and dryer and large refrigerator. Oh and the first house had a bunch of weird old stairs that were a pain. Two guys! Plus they were super nice and respectful, easy to be around- other movers I've hired made me feel weird being around them, but Alex and his helper were totally cool. They were on time, really professional, and very reasonable. The initial packing took only 2 hours less than our last one... and was a few hundred dollars less. We couldn't believe that by 1pm we were all done and packed! Off our things went in the truck. Amazing. I will never use another moving company again. Thanks guys!
