concrete repair
+ -1 moreThis company may do good work, but I never had the chance to find out. It was impossible to get a hold of them to schedule the job. Very poor responsiveness. I was in no way impressed by the value they placed on me as a customer.
Description of Work: Company quoted the forming and pouring of approximately 535 square feet. When it came time to schedule the job, they became nearly impossible to get a hold of. The office assistant kept saying someone would give me a call back to set things up, but they never did. Over the course of a week and a half, I initiated every phone call to them and never received a single call back. At this point, I resigned my approval for them to do the job. They never followed up on this either.
