We had a few hiccups with the installation of our spa. The first crew they sent out did not do a good job, and we ended up with weak pressure in some of the pumps and some cosmetic issues. We called our sales rep., and he quickly directed us to the installation department with his apologies regarding the experience. They sent a technician out, but we still experienced the same problem. The 3rd technician who came out was able to locate the problem and adjust the pressure correctly. Other than that, we are satisfied with the company. Issues like these do happen, and we are glad the company was able to rectify the situation in the end.
Description of Work: Creative Spas installed a semi-inground spa in our backyard.

Creative Spa had done an excellent job on my spa. They had used a top quality spa and materials. We did not have any problems with the installation, and they always backed up their product. Anytime we had a problem, big or small they were right there to take care of it.
Description of Work: They installed a top of the line built in spa for us.
