The work that was completed was done very well. However, what we were told would be a four-five day job, actually took over five weeks to complete (one was due to our being on vacation). On the day we signed the contract (a Tuesday), we were told that it would be done by that Friday. They started work that day and completed the entire retaining wall beautifully. However, it took several weeks before anyone came back to do the paver patio. During those weeks, we felt that communication was lacking. Multiple phone calls were unanswered. Multiple appointments were delayed or ignored by the company and its representatives. Multiple promises of work to be done were broken. The paver patio went in well and looks great. Once it came time to do the landscaping, the company worked with us to pick out the best plants for our yard and goals and planted them in the space of two days. We are quite pleased with the final result, just not the length of time it took to be accomplished.

Creative Outdoors Landscaping was very knowledgeable at designing a desert landscape for the yard space we had. They had lots of different species of plants and trees to pick from. The crew was very efficient and came equipped with everything they needed. They got in and out and did a very good job. Once they were done, they were done. They had no warranty on their work.
