A lot of people are not aware that The credit score doesn’t matter nearly as much as the actual information in your credit report. At this point in my life, I’ve come to realize Credit repair is not just a bill, it is an investment. You are simply fixing mistakes from your past so you can have a better future. As i look back on my life, i realized that every time i thought i was being rejected from something good, it was actually tied to my bad credit and I was being rejected for quite a lot due to my poor credit records; credit scores, public records, credit and rental history. i came across a review on this website by G. I even had to re-check my reports couple of times just to be sure. Thanks to Xpress Credit, so Greatful.

May 20, 2009 My current mortgage since 2003 is with Countrywide Mortgage (now Back of America). I received at least 2 letters a month from Countrywide in December, January and February 2008/9 with offers to refinance my home at a lower interest rate. My wife and I decided to go for a lower rate and contacted Mr Christopher Stiller and started a Refinance Loan application with Countrywide on 2/13/2009. The terms quoted were for a 30 year fixed rate of 4.375% and a fee of $400 (paid up front) plus $3970 points with a 45 day lock-in. We were assigned Stephanie Hale Loan Processing Specialist with new loan #203180570. After submitting all the requested documents I did not hear from anyone from Countrywide so I sent Stephanie an e-mail and I was informed that My credit scores are: 817, 800 and 824 and my wife credit scores are: 804, 813 and 819 and that our appraisal came in at $147kwell below our principal request of less than $100K since we were looking only for a lower interest rate. I provided all the information requested in a very timely manner and getting no response about the status I contacted Weston Moore (Bank Of America Home Loans Vice President, 866.375.9908 ext 6536 Fax 866.303.3704 Email; Weston.Moore@Bankofamerica.com) inquiring about the status of our loan process. I felt we were being stonewalled and asked for an explanation. Mr Moore sent me an e-mail that February loan applications are going to be finished in late May or early June. Four months to process a mortgage refinance is not acceptable.

I did not do business with the Countrywide on the DEAN MARTIN DR. Countrywide came to the Realtors office that I was dealing with in Henderson, NV. I asked for an interest only 3 to 5 years. What I got was an ARM that went up every MONTH. They lied to me and did not give me what I asked for. I will never do business with Countrywide again nor would I ever recommend them. This was not my first time I had bought a home. I had purchased 4 other houses before this last one.

Country Wide provided me with great services. I was very pleased. I can not correctly remember what we paid for paperwork fees and things of that nature. I will absolutely say we were charged fair rates & I am satisfied that we chose this company for our mortgage arrangements.
