 + -1 moreI have a rental house that I was renting out myself. I had originally shopped around for a property manager but couldn't bring myself to pay the 10% every month. It wasn't long before I just couldn't handle it anymore. I have gone through two tenant and had almost no vacancy. There have been numerous little problems and one major problem (a broken water heater). Everything was taken care of. Rent has been mostly on time and when it hasn't they were honest which is all I really ask for.
Description of Work: They manage my property for me. I tried managing my own property and I was just constantly being put out. They take care of everything for me, and I have found them to be fair and honest. They took a constantly stressful task from me and they are worth every penny they take.
