I called to set up an appointment for an estimate for landscape maintenance. After not hearing for six days I called. Paper mix-up. Set up appointment. He did not call or show for appointment. Later learned he was busy with another job. Another appointment set up. Was a half hour late. After reviewing yard said he could not give me the estimate that day but would call the next day. Never called.

They came out quickly, did a fantastic job with the clean up and then promptly left.

After the first valve repair I noticed the same sprinkler was constantly flowing still but this time it included all sprinkler heads in the area. Not being home much I admit it took e too long to notice and call. I called and was told they would be out the next day to repair it. I did notice the next evening it was "fixed" but never was called to say what it was or what wrk was done. After a water bill of over $400 I called and asked what the leak was and why it was not fixed the first time - causing this incredible water bill. I was told the valve was manually left on and he just turned it off. No repair was needed. I assume it was left on by mistake during the valve repair and asked for some compromise on future services due to the possible mistake. He refused and told me it was impossible for him to make that mistake but instead a random person must have come by and turned my valve on for an unknown reason. My valves are not accessed by anyone but the landscaper and wanted to work something out by splitting the responsibility. He would not have any discussion and was very unprofessional about it. I have since cancelled my service in writing via email and have yet to hear a response or acknowledgement that the request has been received.

In July, Cory replaced the dead grass in my small front yard with sod. He set the sprinklers to run three times a day -- during the day. We were experiencing triple digit temperatures at that time but he said daytime watering was needed. He came out one other time that I know of to check on the sod. In late August, we noticed the grass was looking bad. I called Cory on Aug. 30 and he said I should have fertilized the new grass after 8 weeks. This was the first time he mentioned fertilizer to me. I asked him to come out and check on the lawn & he said he would do so the following Friday, Sept. 4. Later on Aug. 30 I texted him & asked what kind of fertilizer to buy, since there are different types. He never responded to that text. I then went to Lowe's to buy fertilizer. I spoke with a salesperson in the lawn and garden department and they recommended a certain type, which I purchased and distributed on my dying lawn. Later, however, I was told by Star Nursery that the fertilizer I used was "totally wrong" for my grass and it would do no more harm than good. If Cory had answered my question about the fertilizer, this could have been avoided. On Sept. 3rd I texted Cory and reminded him that I would be home the next day and would be awaiting his visit, as he had promised. However, he never called or showed up on Sept. 4. I subsequently emailed him twice, once via Angie's List and once via the Better Business Bureau email system, but he never responded to those emails. Now my lawn is so bad that the HOA has sent me a warning letter, saying "Please tend to lawn as it appears to be dying." Now I don't know what to do. I can't afford to re-sod the yard, so I'm thinking of seeding it or replacing it with desert landscaping, although I just wanted some real grass in my front yard to remind me of my Midwestern hometown.

We have been using Cory Aayers Landscaping & Lawn Service for over a month now. Cory's crew comes out every week. They are very considerate of the fact that my wife is disabled and sleeps in every day. Even though they come in the early morning, they are quiet, even though they use power mowers and blowers, we usually barely hear them. Cory's assistant, Ralph, and a helper, show up on time, do all of the work, pay attention to detail, and always ask if everything is satisfactory, and Ralph always goes the extra mile and he will do a little something extra if we need it done. We are very satisfied with Cory and his employees. Cory offers a 10% discount for Seniors, and for Angie's List members a 5% discount.

I called Cory Aayers Landscaping & Lawn service on Monday to get a bid for lawn services. I got an appointment for the next day but shortly after I hung up the phone, Cory himself called and said he had some time can he come now? He was at my house in 10 minutes. I gave him the tour of our yard (front and back) and told him what we wanted. I also asked for his expertise on what we need to do to keep our yard green since the grass is only 6weeks old. He suggested it needed heavy fertilizing right away since some areas are turning brown and the weather is getting cold. He gave me a written quote on fertilizing, bi-weekly services, and shrubs/tree trimmings. His prices were so reasonable, we hired Cory Aayers Landscaping & Lawn Service to do our yard work. The next day (11/11/14) he showed up on time to do the fertilizer and reset the sprinkler system. I had to say, It's a pleasure to deal with professionals like Cory, unlike the last company we hired, they were very unprofessional.

Cory did a great job. The job was completed within 2 hrs and the entire irrigation system is now working correctly again! My parents are VERY happy with his expertise. Cory's price charged was very reasonable for the amount of work he did. He had done great work on my property in May 2014 (city of Henderson) by designing and installing an entirely new irrigation system (front and rear yards) at my request. So, when my mom and dad had multiple irrigation problems, I called Cory later afternoon to schedule the appt on my parents behalf (and of course with their approval) for their Green Valley property. Cory readjusted his next day work schedule to accomodate my parents job the following morning, due to water leaking 24/7 from several of the landscape bubblers.

Cory and crew did excellent work. I will definitely hire them again for all my future landscaping projects both large and small. This was a 3 day job. This company was extremely professional on every level: They arrived on time each day and completed the job on schedule. Their equipment is top of the line. Cory and his workers have a solid knowledge of irrigation systems installation. Their attention to each detail of each part of the job was impressive. My plants are happily getting good water coverage now, yet my water usage is now lower than last year because of Cory's good design of this project. He knew where and how to install the 2 new dripping systems in the front and rear yards.

Called them on 8/23/13 and made an appointment for 8/29 with an arrival between 11am - 1pm. I wanted an estimate on some planting and a water fountain. She said they would call a half hour before arriving. On the day of the appointment, I called them at 12:45pm to ask them where they were. She got my name and number and said they would call me back. I waited around until 3pm until I had to go. They never called back. She never even apologized. How unfortunate.

The work he has done has been very good!

Our experience has been very positive. We have had many interactions from initial contact and quoting to hiring them for our monthly yard maintenance now. We will be having them address our irrigation system shortly as well as some considerable tree removal since lots of the trees and bushes in our yard were all planted too close to walls without consideration for their future growth 12-14 years back when the house was first built and the landscaping was placed. I see landscaping (planting trees/bushes etc.) continuing to be placed way too close to homeowners walls/homes themselves too, still today, as I observe yards/landscaping performing jobs. I went through 3 companies last summer and 2 the summer prior and ended up taking care of the yard myself. Not one of them did what they promised and followed through. Corey Aayer's has come through on what he's promised and I look forward on working on more projects together with Corey and his company to care for our yard. They are fair priced and have ethics which is what I'm accustomed to back where I'm from. Plus he has Arborists on his staff. Good luck finding one to return a call to you in this town. I made 5 calls and returned them numerous times and left messages. Not one returned my call over the years. Note-I met Corey through his wife's business which we take our mower/blower/yard tools etc. to for maintenance and repairs. Her company is off Cameron named "Burlap & Landscape Supply 5340 Cameron St Ste 19, LV NV 89118". The best service and good price for the excellent work performed on your equipment. We purchased many of our products there as well, but the repairs are so great you would think you have new machine when you get them back. Very timely. Have had trouble with past landscapers that they just don't show up. Never have that problem with this company. We have grass and desert landscaping, and they have made the grass look thick and beautiful, while keeping the bushes and trees in great shape too.

I called Corey Ayer's Landscaping to get an estimate of what it would cost to trim my tree and bushes and pull weeds in my yard. He got back to me within two days with an estimate that was far more reasonable than any other place I called. He had the job done by the end fo the week. I will definitely use them again and have already recommended them to several of my friends.led

They are very good. I pay $28 a week. It depends on what they do. It's between $28 to $40, whatever I have them do. I paid $28 yesterday. They are always good. They are efficient. They are here when they are supposed to be and the guys dealing with the lawn are very nice. They are very polite. Their customer service is excellent. If I have a problem, I call Cory himself and he comes right out to take care of it. He is very good. I would continue to use them in the future.

We called Cory and he gave us a few options for re-working our existing landscape design and making it more pleasing to look at. Once we decided on a plan, he and his crew arrived on the agreed upon date and time. My yard was beautiful when they left, (and an eye-sore when they arrived). Cory selected a very nice tree and several colorful plants that look great and will save water. He and his crew are friendly and talented - and they show up on time.

We chose Cory Ayers since he is listed in the SNWA website. The job involved converting our front lawn which had grass, to desert landscaping. We wanted some of the trees and bushes that were close to the house trimmed or taken out. Then some 400+ sf of grass was taken out, replaced by rocks, a few boulders and some plants. Cory accompanied us to the nursery to look at the selections. We decided on a Mimosa tree, a few lantanas, red yucca, and red cluster berry. We are very happy with the final look of our front yard.

Corey Aayers Landscaping & Lawn did an absolutely fantastic job. It's almost unbelievable. Every bush was planted perfectly even around our yard and the trees stand straight. We were very satisfied with them as they did such a professional job.
