Description of Work: We called for a proposal on a solar electrical system and Bruno, the estimator, was going to get back to us after he reviewed our information. It's been almost two weeks now and we haven't heard a word from them. This is about a $20K, one thinks they would show more interest.

+ -1 moreProposal was written up to check and replace up to 25 tiles. Upon accepting this agreement to check roof and replace roofing tiles, work was done in a timely manner. Very professional and would recommend Cooper Roofing. Note 40 tiles were replaced but were not charged for the extra tiles.
Description of Work: Checked entire roof. Replaced 40 roof tiles although limit was 25 and did not charge extra for the extra 15 tiles.

+ 0 moreThey came on time and finished both repair jobs on time. We didn't get any pictures of the roof after 40+ tiles were replaced as we were promised, so we can't really tell how the roof looks now. The new balcony floor looks great. The problem is we hired a different stucco guy to do the stucco part of the work to save some money (since the stucco guy needs to come anyway to fix the stucco wall before exterior painting), and the railings won't fit in between the newly stuccoed posts. Cooper Roofing and the stucco guy finger pointed at each other, saying it's the other guy's fault, and neither is willing to help out. So we were stuck in the middle and had to look for someone else who is willing to install the railings for us. I wish Mark from Cooper Roofing could at least give us some ideas on how to fix the problem, instead of blaming us on not hiring him to do the whole job and blaming the stucco guy. He wasn't even at the job site to inspect the job to determine what had gone wrong. A very positive experience turned sour...
Description of Work: They were recommended to us by our inspector to repair roof tiles. We hired them to do a roof inspection first to assess the damage ($150). The guy was great and gave us a lot of pictures. Since they said they would deduct the inspection fee from the repair job, we went ahead and hired them to do the repair. A couple of weeks later, when we found out our balcony deck floor needs to be redone, we hired them to do that as well.

+ 0 moreMy homeowners association has been bothering me with letters regarding a missing vent on my roof and piles of leaves from my neighbor's horrible elm tree. I looked around and went with Cooper based on their reputation and price. The crew showed up on time and very professional looking. They got right to work and even wore safety lines to avoid falling. I was suprised by the amount of damage and trash on my roof, and now that it's done, it really does look better! I was especially impressed with fresh, matching paint on all the vents and pipes. The guys showed me the broken tiles, cleaned up and were gone in less than 2 hours.
Description of Work: Replaced a missing vent, painted it and all other vents and pipes to match (nice touch), replaced several broken tiles, cleaned a large amount of leaves and debris that piled up from my neighbor's elm tree, sealed a bunch of areas with multiple tubes of sealant.
