My old system which was still working after 27 Years was time to be replaced. Controlled Comfort was my second call to get an idea on what I should replace my current system with. I already knew that not only that I wanted a newer system, I wanted a little additional cooling capacity. My house size was stuck between a 4 ton (this was the original) and a 5 ton. Needed to make sure that the my house would handle the 5 ton without any issue. Comfort cooling check it out and it would be no problem. They were not just salesman (Like the first company) and knew what they were doing. Perfect and that is where I went - 5 Ton. I'm so happy that I did. The vents blow some more air out them where before it barely came out at all. The install took about a day. They took out the old unit and sealed up the venting duck work to ensure that the newer system would not leak as again it was a larger unit. The compressor unit was put onto a platform to raise it from the dirt level in which I wanted for sure. They also installed a filter unit under the furnace that make filter changes much easier. I'm glad that I chose Controlled Comfort as my HVAC upgrade company. Paperwork took a several days to get straiten out, When I mentioned that they had missed a serial number (clerical error) on one of the installed units, they were responsive and fixed the document to ensure the warranty would be fully valid. Controlled Comfort did give a couple of options on brand name of units and which one would probability be a better choice and value long term. I ended up choosing the Trane system, but appreciate the options available for even a lower cost unit if I wanted to go that way.

I was told we needed a new furnace but Ryan checked and made a simple repair. Very honest and helpful, highly recommended.

One of my three air conditioners broke. My homeowners insurance called another company which gave us a high bid and that company said that they would not replace any molding that they took down from my attic ceiling. Controlled comfort was able to come the next day and replace my 5 ton air conditioning unit and furnace in one day. Their price was cheaper than the initial bid and they did come out to my house and repaired the molding that had to be taken down. Everyone from the admin people to the technicians to the owners were extremely polite and very professional. My husband and I were really impressed with the quality of service that we received and the personal touch that they gave us. We would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you very much for helping us so quickly.

Mt tech who was Ranee was very pleasant. I explain to him that my unit was making a loud nois. He explain what was wrong with A/C. He said the noise was coming from the fan motor. He replaced the condenser fan motor and capacitor. He did not try to up sale us and gave us a senior discount. Thanks Ranee for your quick and efficient service. Will be using Controlled Comfort again.

When it came time to replace our AC, I contact 10 installers to bid on the project that I had seen fairly good reviews and took recommendations from friend and neighbors, one of the installers I selected to interview was Controlled Comfort. Kyle from Controlled Comfort arrived on time, listen to what we wanted to be done, we asked for a 16 seer Trane/American Standard system and a Mini-Split system for our garage (I like to work on my hobbies in the garage, but it is way too hot in Henderson to spend any time in the garage) and an Ecobee thermostat. Kyle put everything we ask for and included the electrician for the mini-split and a carpenter to replace the molding that had to be removed to make room for the condenser coil, explained the service, parts and labor warranty which was very generous compared to the other installer I interviewed into an all in a simple proposal with no surprises. Chris, Jan, Jose, Dick and Ryan arrived to begin the installation the replacement A/C, heater, condenser coil and install the new mini-split. They were all very professional, friendly, on time, very neat, and cleaned everything up when they were done. The condenser coil from the supplier turned out to be defective, the team worked well into the evening to ensure we had A/C, apologizing profusely for something they could not control. Offering to bring window A/C units to keep us cool while they worked to solve the issue, very commendable by my experience. The job is complete and we have a very quiet unit, a very comfortable house and garage for what we feel was a very reasonable price. We would recommend Controlled Comfort to our family and friends and to borrow a line â their name is easy to spell and you will not get ripped offâ .

I was very pleased with the company. The staff were very pleasant and scheduled their technicians on the day I called. They were very efficient and had the swamp cooler installed and working very quickly. They cleaned up and took the old unit away. I would recommend Controlled Comfort to anyone.

I am stunned. When my upstairs air went out on a 105Ë degree day, I called a company who came out and told me my entire system was shot and could not be repaired, then quoted me $15 grand to replace both systems. Then I called Controlled Comfort. Luis came out (early and within hours), replaced a small part in one unit, and everything works fine again (VERY small charge for everything). Nothing else had to be replaced- my systems work perfectly and have years of life left. Don't be taken by HVAC predators! Call these guys- you will not regret it.
