I have a Dell Laptop and the hard drive crashed. I sent it to Dell for a replacement hard drive. It was replaced but only had the operating system and none of my programs or data were placed on the new drive. I call Computer Doctor BG, explained my problem. They said bring in my computer and the old hard drive and they would see what they could do. I brought it in at 10:30AM on the 15th and it was fixed by 4PM that afternoon. I don?t know how they did it, but they were able to take all my programs and data from the broken hard drive and move them to my new hard drive. They are geniuses. I highly recommend this company. As far as I?m concerned the rating system does not go high enough.

There was a delay of one day because they did not have the power cable for my specific (year) of Mini Mac. hey borrowed one and then ran the tests. Overall very good.

I don't have any dislikes. He did what I asked them to do and satisfactory. He's done exactly what I asked him to do with no problems. I would use him again in the future.

It was very good. He saved me a lot of memory and cleaned up my hard drive. I had a lot of wasted memory. It took a couple of days to do. He told me to bring it in before work, and told me to come back in a couple of days to pick it up.

I called Simeon regarding a Big Deal to clean up my Mac Book and install the latest O/S version that had expired while I was out of town. He honored the Big Deal and told me that he could perform same day service for a marginal convenience fee. I delivered the Mac to him the following morning and the service was complete by 3pm. While explaining the performance degradation i was experiencing Simeon recommended upgrading the memory from two 1gb chips to two 2gb chips. He gave me the option to go with two 4gb chips for a small additional cost, but noted that he didn't have them in stock and would have to order them. I thought that the 8gb of memory was overkill so I elected to stick with the 4gb that were available same day.

iMac was back at home same day running like brand new.

Bad - big deal was a come on - to perform residential only service as advertised wanted an additional $21 per computer.

I found this company on Google and give them a call ...I decided to go there because there are Apple certified techs. I brought them two Apple computers 1. my iMac 21.5" was very slow and not responsive at all, I was afraid about my pictures and documents.They replace the hard drive with bigger size one and recover all of my information back.My iMac is like new right now. 2nd.I brought my son's macbook pro which he spilled water on it was stop working.They performed a logic board repair and the mac working again.It is amassing how they revive this mac! I'm very satisfied of them services and I would recommend them to all of my friends.Thank you

Simeon from Computer Doctor BG removed the virus and he went above and beyond to make my laptop even work faster. Very happy, highly recommended! He saved the day getting my laptop fixed while I was on my business trip in Las Vegas and just a few hours prior to an important presentation in front of a customer.

Have a 24/7subscription with Avast which is only a few weeks old.The problem started with their Internet security.The updater told me my computer was in Critical condition. I called Avast and made them aware of the problem. They said no problem. We need to take remote control of your computer to fix it.After 3 hrs of cleaning and checking. They left a note computer was OK to use.Went to use computer,another problem.Call back got a different Tech.Now they could not hook me up remote. Had to wait for a Tier 2 Tech to help me. He could not get into computer had to set up a test Aministrator.Another 3-4 hrs of cleaning and fixing.another note computer OK. Went to use computer.Problem with E-Mail.another call back.Same problem could not get access to my computer.Keep in mind this is all taking place over the course of many days.Last person to work on this wanted to uninstall and install my operating system.Thats when I said enough is enough.With the help of my Wife unplug computer and took it to Computer Doctor BG,LLC. I had Siemon the owner work on my computer a year ago and did a very good job at that time.Anyway long story short. He cleaned up my computer reinstalled my E-mail.got the computer to run in safe mode,Which Avast could not do. And called me on Monday like he said. he would. I call Avast and asked for a refund was told I had use their service more then 3 times. Kudoos to Computer Doctor BG,LL for a job well do.It pays to shop local. Lenny
