+ -1 moreHe was great. He wiped it clean and put the content I needed back on and installed security software. I would give him 2 thumbs up. He did what I wanted him to do. The price was excellent. The quality was excellent. He was quick and honest, he gets an A for integrity and A honesty.
Description of Work: I suspected my PC had been hacked into and he fixed it all.

+ -1 moreThey erased all of my web files on my web browser, all of my document files and all of my icons. They only thing that was saved was my pictures and music. When I asked about this, they said they have a disk with all of my information but they would only place it back on my computer if I paid an additional fee.
Description of Work: They were supposed to correct the errors that were showing up on my computer.

+ -1 moreI was happy with the service, they were helpful with suggestions for adding backup capability but not pushy.
Description of Work: My 4 year old Dell workstation got a virus and would not boot. Dead. They were able to backup up my drive, save all my old data and reload Windows. They also cleaned the computer, basically blowing the cobwebs out which was $25 extra. They did ask me if I wanted this service before they did it.

+ -1 moreThe technician was late for the appointment, but seemed unaware that a specific appointment time had been set. He was friendly, courteous, competent and efficient. He went about his work quickly, didn't waste time while he was here and was very knowledgeable and efficient. He explained what he was doing and went out of his way to make sure I understood what he was doing. I was highly satisfied with the whole experience.
Description of Work: General clean up and tune up of laptop hard drive. Trouble shooting a second laptop that wasn't accessing the internet and installation of new anti-virus on both.

+ -1 moreThey are very knowledgeable and experienced with computers. They were also very helpful helping us get a new monitor for our computer. We are extremely happy with the work they did on our computer. The computer works great now that they fixed it.
