Description of Work: Replaced the programmable blower motor on a Trane 19 SEER AC

Description of Work: HORRIBLE service! DO NOT USE THEM! they are very unprofessional and unreliable. a/c broke 2 weeks ago called and had someone come out to look at it. they said they would call us to schd a time for repair. never called back. i have a 10mo old baby and our house has been 100 inside while its 106 outside. so i called to see if they were going to come repair it. they said they would call back. never took my number to call back. i had to call THEM everyday to check on my status since no one would return my phone calls. everytime i called they gave me the run around and said theyd call back and never did. finally after a week and a half of no a/c and them telling me they will call back. the guy tells me we take calls in emergency order... WHAT?! APPARENTLY they dont think a 10mo old baby in a 100 degree house is an EMERGENCY! then when i told them again that i have a baby he laughed like he didnt believe me and hung up! It has now been 2 weeks and we are trying to get our money back to go with a new company and now we cant seem to get AHOLD of their office manager. very very bad horrible work ethics, rude, unreliable, they never call back. DO NOT USE THEM. i am writing the BBB about this company.
