We can't tell you how much we LOVE Yoggie! We lived in VA and received short-notice military orders to Las Vegas. She treated us as individuals and helped us understand the home-buying process, the unique market circumstances in Las Vegas, and how to work with each potential home we were interested in. Yoggie, visited several houses for us, took multiple pictures of every home & immediately reported back to us. She informed us of pluses & minuses for each home based on our needs since we were unable to come visit and did a lot of extra leg work to find a house we would be happy with. When I came for the house inspection, she drove me through a good portion of Las Vegas to help me be familiar with the area and the places our family would be interested in. She was truly interested in our needs and helped steer us of places that might not be as suitable for our family & at the same time made recommendations on other places we should look. She responded very quickly to both email & phone calls through the process & many times would call us rather than email to help answer the many questions we had - she was very detail oriented & patient at the same time. When we had an issue with the home inspection, Yoggie very quickly rectified the situation making both parties satisified. Additionally, she was present for closing at the title company and when another issue came up where our mortagage company wanted to include the SID for our neighborhood in the loan, Yoggie went to bat for us. We would have not caught the discrepancy if she was not there. Yoggie is the best realtor we have had in our 3 home buying experiences and we would recommend her to everyone. She is definitely one to look after your best interests - you will walk away from a home buying experience with her VERY happy!
