Description of Work: The single employee (James) showed up on time but did not do as good a job as he had done before. He was talking on his cell phone the entire time and did not pay attention to soiled areas of the carpet. I would use them again but request another worker.

Description of Work: First tried to upsell unwanted items then proceeded to attach their suction hose on ONE register to suck all dirt from ALL registers. I had an air duct cleaning done 3 years ago by a company I cannot recall, so I'm familar with the procedure, but Coit was very unprofessional and not equipped to do the job. I told him to take his equipment and leave my home. He tried to say he was going to charge a service call but I again told him to remove his equipment from my residence. It is obvious that this is a scam on any unknowing clients.

+ -1 moreCoit did an o.k. job. I would not say they were terrific, I would say they were quite average. They did do there job correctly and everything turned out accordingly. Coit was scheduled to be at my home at 11:00 and they arrived not a minute late; I was very appreciative for that. The last thing I want to do is have to wait for someone to arrive. I would hire Coit again with no problem. I am satisfied and everything turned out fine.

+ -1 moreCoit Drapery & Carpet Service did an outstanding job of cleaning our air ducts. The air in my home is so much cleaner than it was before and the air isn't as stale. We were definitely satisfied with the job they did for us. They didn't leave any kind of mess behind and I feel that the price they charged was very reasonable.

They do cost a little more than others, but I have used some of the smaller outfits and never got the same results so I don't mind the price.

+ 1 moreThe cleaning of the chairs was done extremely well, but the technician neglected to cover the carpet underneath the chairs, so we ended up with stains around each, from the chemicals that had dried to the carpet. When we called to have the carpets cleaned they wanted to charge too much, and were not willing to give us a discount for the stains they caused.

+ -1 moreCoit Drapery & Carpet Service really showed that customer satisfaction was their main concern. The work was done by a friendly, honest, and hard working crew. I was impressed that they were able to remove all of the stains and really clean up the high traffic areas well. I was surprised that the carpet dried so quickly. They are the only carpet cleaning service I will use.

We did have to move the furniture ourselves, however we didn't mind. We thought their pricing was a little high, but the job was done right.

I am 70 years old and a lot of these workers try to take advantage of older people but these guys treated me with respect. They didn't try to take advantage of me at all.
Description of Work: They cleaned carpets in my family room, living room, and dining room. They also cleaned some drapes for me. They moved all of my furniture as well.

+ 1 moreI have used Coit Carpet Service for many years and I like that, if you are not happy they will come back until you are happy. Every six months my six rooms are cleaned and the two people are usually done in about two hours. The carpets are spot less when they leave and if for any reason a spot reappears they will come back to redo it. I have also used this company to clean my upholstery, air ducts and they stand behind there work.
Description of Work: Recently I had two ladies from Coit in to clean my six carpets and they spent two hours getting everything spot free.
