This was an office remodel project and they finished the project faster than estimated, yet didn't cut corners! Corey and his team were prompt and professional. I was most impressed with their being on time each day and their communication throughout the project - from initial planning, to permits, to completion and clean up. This is the second project I have done using this company. The first project was a major addition which the owner personally came out to my home and walked me through the entire project with me. The craftsmanship far exceeded my expectations and he cut no corners at all treating my home as if it was his own. I was impressed with how quickly he was able to get the job done and his knowledge and experience definitely showed throughout the entire process. The second project was an electrical one and I couldnâ  t be happier with the results everything was done on time & neat. I was once again impressed at the quality work this company does and I will definitely be using them again for all my genral contracting needs. These days itâ  s hard to find a reliable company that can do it all, Well I definitely trust Corey and his crew for all my construction needs!

Corey was extremely prompt to respond to our requests, and he is very easy to work with. We are referring his services to family members who might need a multi-licensed, quality company to address their individual needs.

Corey and his team renovated our kitchen and replaced the flooring on our entire main level this summer and did a fantastic job. Our kitchen was tired and Corey provided some great ideas to update it, while remaining cognizant of costs. The kitchen was completely removed and they started with a blank canvas. Countertops, cabinets, appliances, electrical, plumbing, and finishing were all handled by Corey and his team. In addition to the kitchen, Corey also handled reflooring our entire main level of our house, which included removal of old tile, baseboards, flooring, and replaced with new luxury vinyl plank flooring and baseboards. Corey was completely transparent on pricing and suppliers, including recommending we purchase certain items ourself to save money. Final price came in on budget and payment terms were as fair one could ever expect with a project of this size. All in all a great experience and we will certainly be using CM Franco Ltd for future projects at our home, and highly recommend others do as well.

CM Franco installed a whole house surge protector flush with the garage wall, including moving the ac breaker to fit in the protector. Excellent job! Corey was professional, personable, & cleaned up when done. I hired him because of his multiple NV licenses for electrical, residential, ac, plumbing, fire alarms+. The cost was very reasonable. Corey did an amazing job. I wanted new white shaker cabinets with white quartz countertops and sink, and I wanted to open up the kitchen by removing a wall. I had 7 estimates made, and Coreyâ s was by farrrrrr the most reasonable. Some people gave me absurd quotes that were astronomical and even double the amount Corey offered. On top of being reasonable priced, the quality was top notch and he had it all installed less than 2 weeks after signing the contract. Finally, Corey will answer all your questions and text almost immediately. Very responsive. Go with Corey. You wonâ t regret.

Corey's team left us with a wonderful kitchen, bath and new floors. Our project grew from 3 items: remove an old gas fireplace, kitchen, and floors to include a bathroom and main closet. We were under a tight deadline and he brought in a great team and completed in the 3 weeks we need the job done. His team are not only professional at what they do but also reliable and dependable. Corey worked with us on design decisions and where we didn't have a source for materials he always had a supplier or another team to add to the project. Thanks Corey!

We liked working with Corey and his team a lot- they did great work and were quick in getting started and completed the bathroom Reno in time for our move into our new home. My only complaint would be that a mess was left behind for us to clean. (I.e. floor paper coverings and copious amounts of dust in our sunroom.) and I had to follow up a few times in regards to the waste getting hauled away that was in the contract. However, despite that, we plan to work with Corey again in the future and felt they did a solid job on the bathroom itself, he was very responsive, a good problem solver and his team is efficient. I would absolutely recommend him and his team as I felt we got good quality work done for our money.
