I contacted Cloud Carpet One for an estimate on flooring and carpet and since I had a good experience with them prior on my previous residence I wanted to use them again. Tom came out and measured the flooring and since I had already been by the store to pick out what I wanted he was able to give me a quote. We negotiated a little on the price and determined the time frame. Since I was remodeling the whole house I needed to make sure they could get in when I needed them to. We agreed and I put my deposit down. The next week I was called and told that the tile I wanted would be a little late but it should still work. Another week went by and Tom called me to tell me that the tile I wanted was backordered an additional four weeks. That was not acceptable because I needed to be in my house. I asked what options he had and he suggested another tile that was similar but a little more expensive. Knowing that I was upset Tom said that he would see what he could do. He called back the next day and had gotten the manufacturer to give me a discount so it was only a little more than what I had wanted to pay, but it was a better quality tile. I went to the store and checked it out. I agreed to the change and boy am I glad I did. They workers came to my house on time and did an amazing job. They were clean, neat, tidy and meticulous about their work. It was a pleasure to watch them. It took them five days to complete the job, but it looks beautiful. Again, Cloud Carpet did an excellent job and I am greatly satisfied.

Wonderful experience with salesman, Doug. He was very professional and informative. Listened to what I was considering and showed me various options. Carpet installers were wonderful. Very professional and quick. Cleaned up nicely afterwards also. Tile installers were very unprofessional. Very slow and spent most of the first day on cell phones. They were here all day and didn't get very far. Would not have cleaned up if we hadn't mentioned it to them and advised them to clean up prior to them leaving for the day. Supervisor stayed with them the second day, and things moved much faster. Final product looks great, but installation process was very difficult. Overall, the tile and carpet are great. Excellent quality.

It went very well. They were very flexible and informative. He came to the house with samples based on the original in-store review. He had many colors, styles, grades and pad options. I received email updates and phone calls regarding the status of the order. He agreed to a Saturday install and the two installers were neat, quick, courteous and skilled. There was hardly any unused carpet left over. No seams were visible. They vacuumed when they were done and moved all the furniture back into place.

Cloud Carpets and Draperies didn't do a very good job on our carpet at all. The carpet did come loose around the wall. I called them several times but no one would call back. We ended up fixing it ourselves with a glue gun. Who knows how long that will last. The crew that moved our furniture tried to stack things on top of each other until I stopped them. There are just too many problems with them to mention.

I was very pleased to see what fast and efficient hard workers the men at Clouds Carpet were. They made no room for error. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. Their workmanship was impeccable. I saw not one scratch, lump or bump any where. It was all nicely leveled and smooth. I had not one single complaint about any thing. Their prices never changed from there original quote, nor did the friendly atmosphere they provided while in my home.

Cloud Carpets and Draperies was a very reputable company that showed me in a number of ways they knew how to take care of their customers. The hardwood didn't turn out the first time and they came back out and redid the job totally with no extra cost and I know that cost them some money. On the other hand the carpets were installed very professionally and they looked great in the rooms. The people at this company didn't waver and did everything we asked and in an impressing fashion.

Cloud Carpets and Draperies did not meet our standards. There were seams showing, the tack boards around the baseboards were not done properly and the carpet lifted from the floor. The carpet was very expensive and they fixed the seams, but we were still unhappy. The CEO was very apologetic and told us that he would give us a good deal if we ever used their services again. If there would ever be a next time, we would watch them closely; and only if they gave us a great deal would we use them again.

Cloud Carpets and Draperies did a good job of installing our carpet properly. There are no tacks or seams were visible; there is nothing about the installation I would have changed. They were on time and measured the floor properly. They were very efficient and were able to get my carpet installed in no time.

Cloud Carpets and Draperies was very quick and very good at installing my carpet. There were not any seams showing and all of the carpet was laid perfectly. We actually have an insurance contract and this was the company that they had sent out for us.

Cloud Carpets advertises sales once in awhile and I got the carpet on sale. The price was good and they did a good job. I was very satisfied and they have good quality carpet. I would recommend them and they are reliable, but I don t think it would be fair to give you the price.

Cloud Carpets and Draperies was not very professional in their business dealings with us. They were almost two hours late and when they did finally get here, they were quite unsociable. We felt they were very messy in their work and even were a little dirty themselves. We would not recommend them to anyone.

They did install the carpet very well. There had been no bumps or tacks visible and nothing was sticking out were it should not have been. The quality of the carpet was not very satisfying. It was very stiff. I had to go out and put padding to soften the carpet up. I do not blame the workers for the carpet being that way because I was the one who picked it out. Other than that I am satisfied with everything. The pricing of the carpet had even been included in the final bill.

Cloud Carpets and Draperies did every room in the house and it was beautiful. We couldn't be any happier. They really knew what they were doing and when the crew showed up to install it, they wasted no time at all. They started upstairs and finished right by the front door and cleaned up very well.

The main reason we hired Carpet Cloud was because of the close proximity of their location. This made it easier for the crew to arrive on time, and return to the store for supplies if needed. The job was done in one day, and the house was left clean. There were a few areas where the carpeting could have been secured better, and one side was not as close to the wall as it could have been, but in general the job was satisfactory, and the price was reasonable.

We have been loyal to Cloud for a very long time. They had installed carpeting ten years ago, and they are located very close to our house. They arrived early, and did not waste any time with small talk. The house was then cleaned of all the old flooring, and any mess they had made, from the job. They finished so fast, that they had time to stretch the carpeting in our living room. This was done for no charge.

I'm not happy with the work they did. For one thing, some seams are very visible, and also there are two huge spots that faded within a few weeks after buying the carpet and look lighter than the rest of it. Also, it's hard to remove stains from it. I don't think it was a high quality carpet. I asked them to come back to fix the seams, they did, but could not fix them.
