That worked out okay. I had to go buy the cart but they fixed everything. It made sense to me. They did just fine. They came and did their stuff.

Second time I've used these folks. You can't do better. Also, I wanted to mention that they had a helper named Joe whose work and positive attitude will do a lot to stimulate repeat clients.

Had difficulties setting initial appointment with Linda for estimate. Once we connected up she explained everything very well and gave me a quote to have to work completed. I the scheduled an appointment with Steve and his crew. They arrived on time and did a nice job getting all of the scale and build up off the tile surfaces. Steve & Linda are very nice people and easy to work with.

Linda came by for an estimate the week prior, and scheduling was about 1 week out. She provided an estimate and stuck to it, even though the job took longer and required more product than she initially predicted. Joe did the actual work. He was thorough and worked as fast as possible, but it still took all day. He vacuumed most of the product out of the pool, but it is hard for them to get all of it. They vacuum it all into their filter, keeping yours clean. They sealed the tile at the completion, and it really looks great. They use a different media than most cleaners (most use glass beads). I had the job done 4 years ago with glass beads, and they were hard to get out of the pool and filter. They describe their product as basically epsom salt, and although it left a dusty mess in the yard, I prefer it to the glass beads. We wanted to replace the pool water after the job (I highly recommend this), and they loaned me a pump overnight, which was a nice gesture. All in all, it is a nice family business where they work hard and put an emphasis on customer service.

Linda and Steve were very quick to respond to my request for service. Explained what the coupon I purchased would cover. They arrived on time, communicating estimated times of arrival to my home. Upon arrival their technician started cleaning the filter cartiges immediately while Linda and Steve worked on an estimate for my tile cleaning. Provided options for service and how to prevent tile stain in the future.very knowledgeable, professional and polite. Have hired them to perform tile cleaning also. Defiantly would recommend them to anyone

I have used Steve and Linda for the past 2 years. They are reliable and dependable. Most of all, my pool is always clear and beautiful. They are very knowledgeable about pool repairs and go to several seminars each year to keep up to date. In the last 2 years they have replaced my filters, motor, creepy crawler and cleaned my pebbletek around the pool. They do not use glass beads like some other pool companies. Steve and Linda have saved me money. I only have my pool cleaned every 2 years instead of every year that my previous pool service required. I especially appreciate that you can always call them with a problem. They will either come out or walk you through it. I could not be more pleased.

All of my contacts were cordial and professional. I have nothing but good things to say about Steve and Linda Cross who are the hard working owners of this business. They arrived exactly on time and went straight to work setting up hoses and pumps. A lot of preparation work gets done before a single tile gets cleaned. This is no hit-or-miss venture. They folks are serious about getting the job done properly. They don't use "glass bead" cleaning. They use a proprietary high pressure nozzle and a lot of personal care on the part of Steve who seems to be uncompromising in his desire to do a good job. My ceramic tile has baked in the Vegas sun for twenty years and now has new life!

It was outstanding. I can't stop looking at my beautiful, clean, line free pool. I made an appointment for 5/5/12. Steve and his helper arrived on time and immediately went to work. They have a special machine and know exactly what they are doing. My regular pool service tried to use glass beads and it didn't work. Steve uses magnesium which works extremely well and is evironmentally safe for everyone. I had a large amount of calcium build up as I tried to have my tile clean last year, but it did not work. The Pebble Tec and tile around my pool is completely calcium free. This is amazing because I have a beach walk in entrance to the pool that no one else has been able to clean. Steve is meticulous about his work. Not only did he clean my pool, but also my walkways. He knows everything about pools and is alays willing to help. It is a pleasure to deal not only with Steve, but also his wife Linda who answers the phone.
