Thank you for taking the time for your review. It is nice to be able to triple your storage (hang) space in the closets by creating the double hang. With our system you have the flexibility of raising or lowering the shelves and rods as your needs change. You may need medium or long hang instead of the short hang in the future. I also like your closet choice of the wood grain front edge. It adds a little "Class" to the look without adding any additional costs. I am glad to hear you are happy with your new closets! Description of Work: Classy Closets installed a custom entertainment center. The resulting unit is beautiful: wood cabinet doors, glass shelves, MDF framing. Why are my ratings so low/mediocre? There was a second install date required to add additional moulding and lights - the appointment date was nearly a month after the first and we had little input due to CC's prior commitments. This was fairly minor. The designer, however, accounts for most of my dissatisfaction. He installed an IR-repeater to allow use of remote controls while all components hidden behind cabinet doors. Unfortunately, our cable box/DVR does not respond unless its cabinet door is open. The designer also installed an audio receiver (purchased through him), but after installation I can no longer split my cable signal to supply my TV in the room behind the wall. No solutions have been offered. I have scheduled an appointment with the designer to address these issues TWICE but he has no-showed both times.

I do want to apologize again for the delay in the additional molding to install the lights properly. Our owner had back surgery and my scheduled got a bit backed up. Thank you again for your patience. As you are aware Classy Closets does not do audio equipment that our estimator has knowledge and a background in. Called several companies to do a reach in closet. Agent responded quickly an gave a competitive bid. We contact him and told him we wanted to move forward with a few small changes. He reworked the bid and the bid increased by 45%. We discussed the bid and they lowered it to about a 25% increase. We decided to move forward over the next week their agent missed several appointments and never called. When he did contact us he was apologetic( that was Friday) he said he would call first thing Monday.. No call!!! I called absolute closets that monday, they matched the price. It's now 5 days later, Friday absolute closets just installed my new closets system. They look amazing installers were very professional, claim and through. Still no call from classy closets!!

They went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the entire project. We highly recommend this company. Thank you Classy Closets. We are thrilled with our new closets.

We asked for quotes from two companies. Classy Closets came in over $300 less than the other company. But that was not the only reason for choosing CC. We had them install an entertainment center in our game room many years ago (under different ownership--locally), and they did an excellent job with the installation and clean up. CC kept to their schedule. And Debbie is extremely pleaseant!!
Description of Work: We asked CC to install new floor to ceiling cabinetry to replace the old builder-installed base cabinets outside the first floor and master bathrooms. The new cabinets provide more storage and look absolutely beautiful. They were very nice to match what we picked for doors from another cabinet maker.

Classy Closets did a great job. The cabinets looked very precise and just as we wanted them. They did the work at our home and cleaned up afterwards. It took about six hours to complete the work.
