Great experience from start to finish. Price was right, service was exceptional and professional and I would recommend Classic Water Heaters to my friends and family. Dave is a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable of his trade.

Dave responded to the Angie’s List inquiry within a minute. Offered to come within 2 hours, but i was not prepared for such an immediate response. Made appointment for the following week and was very accommodating when I had to change the time. The mystery noise turned out to be a misaligned drain pan. Asked Dave if there was a maintenance service for a water heater. He had his assistant flush the water heater to check for rust, and the aluminum anode for wear. It appeared that the mystery noise was serendipitous because the anode was completely worn away. After replacing the anode, Dave offered to come by once a year to flush the water heater as part of customer service. Was worth every penny for the peace of mind.

This husband and wife couple did excellent work, they had a quick repsponsive time, and arrived when they said they would. They were very professional and I would definitely hire them again!!

Reasonably priced - considerably lower than other companies who quoted their costs to me for the same work. Dave asked me to allow him to work my job into his schedule since there was no urgency. That way he could do the work on a day when he was in our area of the city. I agreed and he kept in contact with me during the time I waited. Both he and his wife Cindy who work together are pleasant, courteous & professional. Will definitely use them again and I would recommend them to anyone I know that needs their Water Heater worked on. Kudos!

Excellent from start to finish. They called and came out replaced the water heater all of this took place in under two hours. Dave and Cindy are professional, friendly, and know what they are doing. I wish all my unexpected mishaps could end this way.

Dave and Cindy worked with my availability and we're able to install the water heater just over 24 hours after first contact. watching them work together demonstrated their knowledge and experience especially as it relates to their standards.

I emailed her photos and by the second phone call she assured me they could help me the same day! In less than an hour she and Dave showed up fully prepared to do the job. I cannot express the extent of their professionalism. Super organized, with all necessary supplies; Dave and Cindy worked like a precision team removing the old heater and installing the new one in short order. I am only sorry that I have but one water heater, as I would not hesitate to use them over and over again! Thank you!!!!

Excellent service, I got to hold of them in an hour so, very knowledgeable. Came in and told the truth about everything. They are absolutely the best. I dealt with 5 different companies in 15 years and by far they are the best.

It was absolutely excellent. I would recommend them to anyone, they're top of the line. On time, good service, and they even helped me take care of a problem that I caused myself. Even the inspector was impressed with the job and asked me who did it!

Everything was done perfectly. They were friendly, understanding and were a good group of employees. They explained how everything worked and were here for a couple of hours. They contacted me a day in advance, to reminded me of the appointment. They showed up on time too.

Dave & Cindy did one **** of a job. To be honest I was amazed at how quickly the task was performed. Both are very friendly, courteous and professional.
