+ -1 moreNothing happened. I finally gave up waiting to hear back from them. I called some other companies to get the quote and order the doors.
Description of Work: I have called this place quite a few times, the last one being this last Wednesday, trying to get some quotes on 2 double Therma Tru french doors and 1 triple Therma Tru french door, but no one calls back from this place. I sent a few emails as well, but again no one answers. Every time I call I am told that the sales associate is either on the phone or with a customer and will call me back or I can call back in 15-20 minutes. When I call back, they are either not available again or have stepped out to go have lunch. I asked if they really wanted to sell doors, and what is the way to achieve that (I was going to put an order for about $13,000), and there was no real answer to that question. The girl who answers the phone sounds very immature and unprofessional.

+ -1 moreClassic Door & Trim sent out a good carpenter to install my doors, and was good at his work. I bought 18 solid wood interior doors and 2 exterior doors for them to install. I had him install all the trim in my 5500 square foot home also. It was a very good experience and I haven't had any problems with any of the installations.
Description of Work: They installed 18 new interior doors for us and 2 exterior doors for a total of 20 eight foot doors.
