We hired this company for 4 hours and only used them for about 2.5 hours. I texted the owner Brian and asked if we would be able to get refunded for the time unused. Had he said no, I would have found something else for the movers to help with to use up the service time we paid for. But Brian ensured we would receive a refund for 1 hour, so we sent the movers on their way after 2.5 hours. Things seemed fine, until we realized we never received the refund and never were going too. Not to mention, after unpacking what they put in our storage, a piece of furniture is broken and another is completely scratched. Definitely do not recommend.

Wonderful movers. The team arrived on time took careful thought of handling our items and the team lead. Alex was tremendous as well as the crew of three men who worked anxiously in the heat to get all of my belongings into the home and set up properly. I highly recommend this crew, they truly are a class act.

+ -1 moreTerrible experience! Considerable damage caused and they refuse to even acknowledge problems. The owner is extremely uncooperative, rude and refuses to even acknowledge the possibility of wrongdoing. DO NOT USE!
