The owner, Aaron, is rude, condescending, and confrontational. New customers beware! We have been using Clark County Pool & Lawn for at least a year now and our account has been cancelled by the owner, Aaron, after I spoke with him over the phone this morning. Yesterday, the technician came out for the normal weekly maintenance on our pool. We did not find out until the early evening, that night, that he had broken a bolt on our pump and the filter was shut off. The next morning, my husband spoke with Jeanette who told him it would cost $120 to repair (that we had to pay for it). I called back to speak with the owner about the lack of communication and he was instantly confrontational and rude to me. By no means was I even calling to argue with him. I simply wanted to know why the technician didn't tell us the bolt had broken when it happened as my husband was home. He then went on to blame us saying the pump had rust an that it wasn't the technician's fault. Again, I wasn't concerned about the bolt breaking, so I asked him to not be so rude and reminded him I was merely calling about the lack of communication. I let him know that if we knew, in advance, there was rust, we would had taken preventative measures. He told me that they have up to 24 hours to contact the customer if there is an issue. I even asked if there was water leaking, would they take up to 24 hours to notify the customer, and he said yes. He refused to acknowledge the poor communication and instead kept saying it was our fault the bolt broke. He then said he was cancelling our account immediately and that we were no longer customers. When I told him I was going to report him to the Better Business Bureau he said, "You're a joke. You should be a comedian and I'll buy the first ticket to your show." and hung up on me. Proceed with absolute caution with this company. If you choose to use them, don't EVER call to complain or inquire about their practices as it's clear the owner, Aaron, has an anger issue.

I used them for over six years and the service has gotten so bad that I stopped using them. Very poor professional attitude. The workers seemed to never been on time or do a good job. Would not recommend using their services.

Went well for a long time, then I had a pool guy let my Chlorine level hit +13. With the cost per month, Had to move on, but the owner is very responsive.

I've been using them about a year now. They do a great job.

The crew of 4 arrived at the house when scheduled and all proceeded to do the work that was asked. Everything went well and looked great when they were done. There was one issue, that being a capped sprinkler head was broken by what I can only assume was a weed eater. I called the company up, let them know about the issue, and the crew was out that day to fix the cap. This entire transaction was easy, pleasant, and not only will I use them again but I recommend them!!

I have been using them for over a year. I like that I don’t have to worry about them. They show up on their regularly scheduled time and they call if they need to make a change to the schedule. They come in, do what they need to do, and they’re gone. If I have a special request for them, if I give them 24 hour notice, they usually take care of it right away. I am pretty much impressed with anyone that you can schedule service with that gets it done in an invisible manner. I am planning on continuing to use them.

I usually have to re-check the work they do and once in a while redo it myself. Their prices are kinda high on the labor charges Overall, their good, but expensive for the amount of work they do, looking into another company that would do the same service at a more fair price.

Clark County does a very good job on my swimming pool. They keep everything maintained very nicely. The people are great and are always on time. I never have an issue with them not showing up. Most of the time they come and clean the pool and I am not home. I am comfortable enough to have them around the home doing there duties. I trust them to do their job and nothing more. I will keep them around for years to come, as long as I am satisfied.
