City Wide Plumbing, LLC

I hired Marcos and his team at City Wide Plumbing after meeting with 3 other plumbers. City Wide Plumbing did an outstanding job replacing the main water line from the meter to my house. The job was approved by the city with no exceptions and Marcos and his staff were very professional from start to finish.

It's truly a pleasure dealing with friendly, intelligent, efficient and professional people who get the work done right the first time and charge a fair price for the results. I have used several other well-rated plumbers, but this is the first time I have zero complaints and nothing but high praise for the work that was done and the way the company set up my appointment and handled my payment. I highly recommend this company!

Crawling under a mobile home is never a fun job, but our tech dove right in. What we thought would be a couple of hour job ended up with more pipe needing to be replaced than originally thought. They had to go get a second tech, and run for pipe & parts. It was hot and miserable, but they were pleasant and polite throughout, and their work seems good. Recommend them - definitely!

The only problem I had was at the end of the job he found a mysterious water leak on my second toilet and charged $50 more. It seemed very convienent for him but I know nothing about plumbing so I had to pay it.

The installers were prompt and professional. I will look to City Wide Plumbing for my future plumbing needs and recommend them highly to others.

I highly recommend these folks. A great experience from start to finish (and we have had some bad ones). The price was more than fair and the work was excellent. The tech, Jerry, was professional and very knowledgeable. He even corrected other issues he found and only charged us a few more dollars for the parts used. These people are GREAT!!

The response time was fantastic. It was a bit pricy and I should have gotten another estimate but I had a broken pipe and needed this job done right then. The plumber who came was a knowlegable person and I appreciate his explanation of the job. To hire anyone these days is a crap shoot without the trust of Home Advisors help. Thank you Home Advisor.

The team came on time and after the estimate and approval, two technicians stayed on the job until the new hot water heater was installed and tested. They were quick and professional.

Showed up two hours late. They said Home Advisor said between 11 AM and 1 PM. But it clearly said 11 AM. Prevented me from going out to get some other things done. But, Mike did a quality job and relatively fast.

Their serviceman, Carlos, was on time, very polite and very neat. I had 3 projects to complete and he did them quickly and efficiently. Yes, I would use this company again.
