Description of Work: We had a garage door off the track and when we called our previous contractor they were not available for three days. City Garage was there when we needed them. They arrived when they said they would, they got it fixed and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. I could always tell when my husband was home by hearing the garage door open. Now I don't hear him open the garage door at all. Our neighbors appreciate it as well. This was not our first time to use City Garage Door services. We had a tune up a few years ago when the door was at its noisiest. Gano the owner has always been professional and prompt. He has never tried to and quot;up-selland quot; us or push us with doomsday stories of needing a new door. He has been honest with us that it won't last forever (17 years already) but as long as we are careful we will have a few more years before we need a replacement door. We will only use this company for any garage door needs and highly recommend City Garage Door.
Description of Work: The provider was to do a garage door tuneup. This included making adjustments to the door so that it would run smoothly and quietly.

Description of Work: While troubleshooting my garage door problem Gano found that I needed new springs, opener and some basic maintenance on rollers and the remote. He even ordered a new remote that has been discontinued for years. Thank you Gano!

+ -1 moreAfter going a few years without a problem, our garage door stuck about half of the way down. I couldn't close it or open it fully back up. I called a company we had used in the past and they said they were totally booked-up and couldn't get to me for 3 to 4 days. They appreciated my need and recommended City Garage Door. I called and they scheduled an appointment for that afternoon. The repair person arrived on time. He not only fixed the immediate problem but lubricated and adjusted the whole system. He tightened each of the bolts that connected the door opening system to the ceiling and walls.
Description of Work: Garage door stuck and wouldn't open or close. City Garage Doors repaired it.
