It was fantastic. The shower came out even better than I had expected. Chuck does incredible work and it was a pleasure to have him in our home. Would definitely recommend Chuck for any tile needs.

Chuck had already done work on our bathroom, doing the tile for the entire shower and the floor of the bathroom, and we knew we wanted to work with him again. His work was impeccable. He is very detail oriented and wasn't happy until the job was perfect. We already ordered the floor tile for the office and spoke with Chuck about using his services again at a later time. We reached out to him a couple of weeks ago and he took on our job. My husband and I did a little of the up front work to make it quicker, taking out the carpet that was there. Chuck handled the work quickly and efficiently. The floor is just as impeccable as the work he did in the bathroom. The transition between the office and the rest of the floor in the entryway is done beautifully. When we're ready, we will reach out to him again to do our guest bathroom.

Once again Chuck worked his magic and created an Oasis in my little bathroom. Stripped to the studs for the shower/tub. Installed whirlpool tub with all plumbing upgrades required. Built enclosure for tub. Installed Hardy-back walls and installed tile. New shower valve and hardware. He then installed new floor tile. Rounding the job out was the installation of a new toilet, vanity and recessed medicine cabinet. All done with his craftsman precision and professionalism. The result is just beautiful and so relaxing. He is now working an estimate for my Master Bedroom Vanity area.

Chuck was great to work with from the start. I got a couple estimates and Chuck was the least costly, but the low cost did not mean lower quality work. Chuck is truly a craftsman and his work is of very high quality. He helped me to pick out the tiles, and once started, kept me updated throughout the process. I trusted him fully to be at my condo alone. He is also very honest about what he can and cannot do, and will only take on work that he knows will be up to his very high standards. In addition, Chuck provides a warranty for his work, so rest assured that you can hire him with complete confidence. After the job was done, Chuck was nice enough to go back to the condo to help me remove the water restrictor from the showerhead he helped me install as the water flow was less than ideal (free of charge). I look forward to hiring Chuck again to help me with additional work.

Chuck did a great job and both look wonderful. The cost for installing the backsplash was in line with what others were estimating and in some cases less. It is difficult to find someone when you are not familiar with work/area. Angie's list was an excellent way to do that. I will be hiring him for additional work installing tile in second bathroom and hallway..

He was always supportive, honest about materials and great when it came to dealing with our active schedule. His warranty is great, we had an issue that wasn't his fault and he came out right away to fix it. Highly recommend.

In every profession you find people who are adequate and competent in their work and then you find people with a passion for what they do. Chuck Cunha is the latter. He is a craftsman as stated in his description. He was trustworthy in my home and the care of it. He was prompt and reliable and honest about materials and choices. His work is superb and the attention to detail impressive. Other than normal dust from such a project the clean up was excellent. He worked alone and finished in the expected time frame. I never had an issue leaving him alone in my home. Overall the outcome is excellent and beautiful. I now have him quoting on a bathroom remodel.

These guys are the consummate professionals. They showed up on time, did their work efficiently and perfectly. We have recommended them to 3 neighbors already and are having them come back in the fall to tile more rooms.

Chuck did a great job on our bathroom! We were responsible for buying materials and he completed the labor. Everything went smoother than we even hoped. He always showed up when he was supposed to, didn't try to tack on any hidden fees later, and his work was high-quality.

We've continued to use Chuck for our bathroom remodel and our kitchen backsplash is the latest project. His prices are reasonable. He keeps his work area very clean and his work is meticulous. Reliable and honest. Good value and great work. He's great to consult with -- in our case we used an unusual size of tile but it didn't faze him.. On top of that our, previous backsplash was all stone and cement so he had to re-do the entire backboard--it had to be cut out...Chuck handled it all in a timely and professional manner. Highly recommended.

Great we are extremely pleased with the finished product.

Chuck's nephew Fred gave the estimate and took me to a tile shop where I found what I wanted after having no luck at several places. He also oversaw the project. The tile I chose was $716 (porcelain) (plus installation of $3500). Fred's brother, Rob worked on the installation. They are both 3rd generation tile craftsman and are very skilled and precise. Isaiah has worked for the brothers for years and is also very skilled and precise. These men are very polite and helpful with suggestions. They work 9:00 to 5:00 with a lunch break (sometimes worked later with my permission). From the time they arrive to the time they leave they are constantly working with no other breaks. They began on a Wednesday and finished the following Wednesday (Isaiah worked about 4 hours on Saturday) as quoted. They are very clean and organized. Drop cloths were laid down everywhere they walked, were picked up at the end of the day, cleaned and put down the next day. I think the work was very professional in every way and will last as long as the house. They will be back to install vinyl wood in my bathrooms and traffic area.

Very glad I went with Chuck. His price was very reasonable and his work was outstanding. He was exceptionally clean, punctual, and honest. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for tile work and would welcome him back in my home anytime.

Found Chuck to be qualified, pleasant and meticulous.We felt comfortable giving him a key to the house. We are planning on hiring him again for the next phase.

The last time he was out it was a smaller job. He does handy work to, he replace a kitchen faucet assembly. He did some tile work on our back splash. He is outstanding. He is a true craftsman. He is extremely consciences, thorough and has an artistic eye. He suggested some things we had not thought about. He is thoroughly competent.

Chuck tiled two bathrooms for us, as we finally wanted to get rid of our 1990's white tile bathrooms and go with something modern. He inspected site, provided written estimate and recommended tile supplier, (Esmer) since we did not have tile picked out or designed finalized. Provided us with sound advice, demoed and removed old tile and bathroom vanities, met with tile supplier . He come to work on time, covered the floors, and cordoned off bathrooms, cleaned diligently before he left each day. We were so impressed with his attention to detail, his work ethic, eye for design, cleanliness and above all, the quality and detail of his work. We allowed Chuck access to our home when we were not there. He worked on both bathrooms at once, but as we had one bathroom not being remodeled, the rest of the house was impacted very little. We've had bathrooms remodeled before and I was so impressed with the lack of dust. He told us what to expect and how long it would take him and followed through on everything. He also dealt with the supplier who lost our first order of shower pan tile and helped to come up with solution that we liked even better than our original selection. He is meticulous when it comes to what needs to be done before the tile goes on the walls and floors. He also got in touch with a glass installer for the shower, who also did a great job. He came even back on a weekend to work on a hard-to-fit vanity and in doing so, solved a plumbing issue in that bathroom that we have had for years. We met with Chuck twice before we started on the project, and bounced ideas off him and gave him an idea of what we were looking for and what was possible and reasonable. Only after that did I start looking at specific tile and a design and worked with Chuck on a final design. We are very happy the final results and with his skill, quality, price, professionalism and work ethic. We are already planning to Chuck remodel our 3rd bathroom.

He said he contacted another man who never got back to him. I guess that was suppose to make it ok to not respond back to let me know that he was not interested.

Chuck did a great job installing the backsplash in the kitchen. The tile, which I had already purchased, was an Arabesque-shaped tile, which I know is harder to install due to the irregular shape. Unlike another tile installer from whom I had gotten a bid, Chuck did not "complain" about the shape of the tile, which I appreciated! Even though he was busy with larger jobs, he scheduled my job over the weekend (essentially giving up his days off), and finished the job over two days. He left everything clean when he was finished. He is also very friendly and trustworthy; I felt very comfortable leaving him alone in the house when I needed to step out for several hours.

Chuck is a very skilled craftsman and we couldn't be happier with the work he did in our bathroom. His estimate is just for the labor which we liked as then we could decide how much to spend for the tile. He had the estimate back to us quickly and told us approximately what it would cost for the tile and the glass shower door that we wanted. He met us at the tile store and helped us pick out what we needed and has a colleague who orders and installs the glass shower door. Steve is just as knowledgeable and good at his work as Chuck. Chuck is a perfectionist and has been doing this work for many years. It shows in his work. He suggested making our shower a little larger and we love it. Chuck is very organized and completely cleaned up each day. He also put down sheets over the hall floors and taped plastic over the bathroom opening so very little dust from the tear out of the old carpet in the bathroom or installing the tile ended up in the rest of the house. He is extremely personable and professional and did a wonderful job. We will use him again in a few months for some remodeling in the kitchen. We got estimates from several other places and his was the lowest and we got great quality work.
