+ -1 moreAccording to the business listing on Angie's List, Christian Clean Co LLC services the whole Las Vegas Valley and provide free estimates. I am currently living out of state and am selling my home in Las Vegas. Sheryl Isaac of Christian Clean quoted me via e-mail approx. $250 (2 person team for 5 hours at $25/hour/person - so $50/hour) for a very specific list to be cleaned: -Baseboards washed/cleaned -Windows washed -Blinds cleaned (we do realize that some of the pull strings on the blinds do not function properly and are sun faded/damaged, but the blinds themselves need to be thoroughly dusted/cleaned) -Cabinets/counters cleaned -Appliances cleaned -Bathrooms cleaned -Light fixtures cleaned/dusted (apparently, there is 1 damaged light fixture globe in the den downstairs) -Potentiallysweep the garage floor (I don't know if it was left particularly dusty/dirty or not when the tenants vacated the property) The property is vacant, on the real estate market for sale and we only need certain things cleaned as we've just had brand new carpets installed, tile/grout professionally cleaned, hardwood floors professionally cleaned. I had advised her that I didn't believe that it was a 5-hour job for 2 people... requested that she come to the property to provide me with a full estimate after she saw the property. After calling my local point contact, she opted NOT to provide an estimate as it was 30 miles away from where she is located (based on location provided, it's less than 20 miles... and they do work all over the LV Valley??) so she didn't want to provide me with an estimate. She then determined that it was going to take LONGER than originally estimated and then provided a second quote of $350 (indicated that she needed "tall ladders" to dust the ceiling fans... we have regular height ceilings, nothing tall or vaulted that would require a ladder... step stool, yes - ladder, no.) Adding insult to injury, they identify that they accept check as payment, but was going to require cash from me since she had not "met me in person". Seems to me that Christian Clean Co LLC isn't very interested in providing customer service. Offer free estimates, then provide free estimates. Service the whole Clark County area, but 20 miles within Clark County is too far away??
Description of Work: Christian Clean Co LLC was NOT hired for the job. Refused to provide an accurate estimate, and changed "ball park" quote (without seeing the property and work needed).

Description of Work: OUR DAUGHTER GAVE MY WIFE A GIFT CERTIFICATE TO CHRISTIAN CLEAN CO. LLC, FOR HOUSE CLEANING. THIS WEEK WE HAD OUR HOUSE CLEANED BY THE HUSBAND AND WIFE, OWNERS AND THEY DID AFANTASTIC JOB IN ONLY TWO HOURS. WE LIKED THEN SO MUCH WE SET UP THE LAST THURSDAY OF EVERY MONTH SCHEDULE FOR THEM TO CLEAN OUR HOUSE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. THEY ARE LICENSED AND BONDED AND CLEAN HOMES AND OFFICES.
