Chris & Randy's Window Cleaning

I have used this window cleaning service for years, and until very recently, I was extremely happy with their service. Something has happened. On the most recent visit (07/24/17), Randy promised to return and do a "touch-up" because of some rain showers. Note that he offered the touch-up; I did not ask for it. He no-called, no-showed. I contacted him, and he again promised to do the touch-up. A week went-by with no contact. My next scheduled cleaning was three months later (10/12/17). Again, he no-called, no-showed. I tried to contact him twice after this, but he never replied. I would have given him the strongest possible recommendation prior to this, but now I can only say "caveat emptor." I'd love to do business with him again, but no-showing twice and failing to return a customer's call is simply unacceptable to me. I'll look elsewhere. Hope you're okay, Randy.

Outstanding window cleaners.

It is always a pleasure to work with Randy and his workers. It is wonderful company.

We have used "Chris and Randy's" for years, at two different houses. My mother- and father-in-law used them for years, as well, until they (my in-laws) moved out-of-state. No one is pickier than my wonderful mother-in-law was (May she rest in peace) and even she loved them! I think it is just "Randy's" Window Cleaning now. Anyhow, Randy (the owner) always accompanies his crew. He directs their work, in both English and Spanish. He provides real-time quality assurance, overseeing their work. They always protect the floors with drop cloths. They never leave any mess whatsoever. The windows really sparkle when they're done. They clean the windows, screens and tracts. I was having some work done on the house during the most recent visit, and told Randy to skip the window in the guest room. He noticed the streaks in the huge plate glass mirror in the master suite. He told me he'd clean the mirror in lieu of cleaning that one window, if it was OK with me. Well, my cleaning lady doesn't do a good job with mirrors (neither do we), so I jumped at the chance. It was a very generous offer because that mirror is much bigger and harder to get at than the window in the guest room. But that is typical of Randy. It's his name on the business and he treats his clients the way he'd like to be treated; he makes us feel like he truly values our business; and he has earned our repeated business, loyalty and recommendations.

The office staff making the arrangements for the service was very nice and friendly leaving plenty of time for Randy and his crew to get the job done. They assisted outside the normal job description by helping us hand a very large picture in the house as they had the ladders and the crew that were not afraid of heights to get the job done. When they finished on both days they cleaned up every towel, scrap of paper and any tell-tale signs they were present.

Chris and Randy s Window Cleaners did a fabulous job of cleaning all my windows and doors in this house when we moved in this past Spring. The windows had two layers of screens on them which they removed, gave us one layer to keep and after cleaning, replaced the solar screens back to the windows. The owner goes on every job with one helper and makes sure everything is done perfectly to our liking. The company will be returning in the Spring again to clean the windows for us as they have reasonable prices as well.
