Check It Home Inspection

I called Gilbert with Check It Home Inspection over the holiday weekend and he was very courteous and we set up an appointment for Wednesday (to give me time to ensure all the utilities were turned on). He stated the inspection should take about an hour for the square footage of the house. He said he would be there at 10:30 to start the inspection. My realtor and I gave him the code to get in the house. He actually got there early and started immediately. He took an hour and at the end of the hour he printed out the report and walked me around the house and showed me exactly what was wrong and how it should be fixed. He checked all of the appliances and gas items, multiple times to ensure no damage, leaks, etc. He was extremely thorough. He actually carried a printer, binoculars, and camera with him and then printed me out a formal report with all pictures of the identified defects right there on the spot. He also send an electronic copy to my realtor so that we could address the repairs with the bank and title company. Gilbert was great!
