Alex did a good job, no complaints.

I had a ceiling fan replaced and after Greg had installed the new one, we found out it was defective. I had to return it and order a new one. The second fan was installed by Greg and it was perfect.

Everything went fine, a bit on the expensive side but very happy with everything and would hire again.

Dave was good, competent and easy to work with. Unfortunately he had trouble getting things done when he said he would. Not all his fault, we said we weren't in a hurry but I had to contact him to find out why he had missed the date. Ending is all good and yes I would use him again.

The cost was $263 and for the amount of work that he did, that was an excellent price. The reason that I kept the bill because I wanted to use him if I ever needed anything else. For all the work that he did, he was very good. And he gave me a discount for using Angie's List too. He wasn't here that long. I had somebody else do the caulking in the bathroom before and they just caulked over the old caulk, so he took all the old caulk off and re-did the whole thing the correct way, so that took him a little longer, but it didn't take him a couple hours maybe. The best part of the work is that he corrected what was done before, but I didn't even realize what was done with it. It looks so much nicer now. He was very professional. I would tell someone wanting a recommendation that he's very knowledgeable for what he does, he gives you an excellent price, and he's very professional. The quality of his work is why I would give him an "A". He did an excellent, excellent, job. I've never had trouble with anything that he's done since he's done it. He was really an honest person.

I am very disappointed. I called 5 days ahead of time to make an appointment to hang 3 TVs on the wall to my new home, simple work. They send someone out to do an estimate even though i specifically told her I wanted the work done that day. Then I find out they cant even do the work next day. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME - DON'T CALL THESE CHERRY PICKERS.

Entire transaction, went very well. Technician Brad Hutchison arrived well within the timeframe specified. He inspected all switches and consulted on type/cost. He purchased items from a home store and installed the switches.

We purchased a shower faucet, but needed it installed. My Brother in Law tried to install the faucet, but had some difficulties. Since we found Las Vegas Handyman on Angie's List and read the reviews, I decided to give them a call. An appointment was scheduled and one of their techs came out. Can't remember his name. Pretty straight forward. Stated that we needed a "new cartridge" and needed some "clip". Had the cartridge with him, but not the clip. He offered to run to Home Depot and get the clip, but the labor charge increased. OK, fine. It needs to be done. Did the job. However, what happened after really turned me off with this company. When the tech finished, he accused my brother in law of "losing" the clip. Whether he did or not doesn't matter to you. I still paid you for the time you took to go to Home Depot. Also, when I gave him the 10% off coupon from Angie's List, he reluctantly took it, after rolling his eyes at me. Then, I needed some repairs on one of our toilets. But I was only looking for a quote. He almost left before giving me the quote. I had to remind him. He promised that the office would e-mail me the quote. Guess what, I never received it. Even checked the spam mail several days after. What he said before he left really takes the cake. As he was leaving, he turns to me and states, "Next time you need to do repairs, leave it to the professionals." WHAT!!!!!! What nerve. A professional would never make a comment like that. I'm not going to stroke your ego! In conclusion, was the work done, yes. However, because of the unprofessional treatment and comments that were made, I would not hire them again. Don't bother.

I felt the service was a rip off. To put three ceiling fans up, I was charged $228. If you averaged it out that's more than what the ceiling fans cost each. The service man arrived at 12:45 and left at 3:30. I think I was charged too much and it shouldn't have taken that long. The service man was nice. Not happy at all.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The handyman showed up to do a drywall job that he had given an estimate for and he had no drywall. He tried to tell my husband that he could not do the job that day because he didnt have the materials for a job he had scheduled. Fortunately, we had a spare piece of drywall so he used our materials but still charged the same price. The work was poor quality and he left a mess that we had to clean up.

Excellent. Anson was polite, professional, punctual, and provided proper patching, of the porch light pot. Best alliteration I could come up with at this time. He did a good job. Will call them again.

Anson, to the rescue again. We needed our kitchen faucet replaced. The manufacturer sent us a free replacement which Anson artfully installed. We recently got a new Kenmore washer and dryer from Sears. When Anson was installing water faucet replacements for the washer, he noticed a problem with the dryer vent. The terrible installers (Sears contract) did not use an elbow at the dryer so the vent hose was crimped. Also, there was a hole in this new hose!!!!! I got a right elbow and Anson cut out the two problems in the hose and attached the hose to the elbow and then the elbow to the dryer. Another great job. The price was especially fair because I used a coupon. Anson did four great plumbing jobs for us. Sears gave us credit for the hose over the phone, no questions asked. Dealing with Sears was great, but the installers were not.

Our handyman was Dave Starks and he was friendly and very attentive to our needs and was able to make helpful suggestions to improve what we had planned. He showed up promptly each day and did a great job on every part of the project. We would definitely ask for him again in the future.

Thanks to me, we snuck up on this. We had not used our extra shower for some time and when I turned it on, there was only a dribble. Anson and I agreed that the cartridge must be the problem. Moen kindly sent me a new one for free (cost in the store is $40+). When it came, Anson pulled the old cartridge and inserted the new one. As it turned out, there is a plastic piece inside these cartridges that makes a noise when you shake it. Well, the old one didn't, but the new one did. Hooray. Anson installed the new one and the result was the same dribble when we turned it on. Anson posited that there was a problem in the 'V' in the main valve. Since this required cutting a hole in our closet behind the main valve, I was hesitant. A couple of different plummer guys at Lowes suggested that we pour some vinegar or CLR down the shower pipe to try to dissolve some suspected calcium buildup in the 'V' of the main valve. We did. Just in case, I asked Moen to send us a free replacement valve (value about $60, but there is a lifetime warranty) and they happily did. After the valve came, Anson came over to see if the CLR had done its job. Although the flow was somewhat better, it was not normal. Thus, he cut out the old valve and installed the new one. This procedure was a little scary for me, but he made the job look easy. When we examined the old valve, it turned out that the builder's plumber had used some caulking stuff along with Teflon tape. It appears that the caulking stuff worked its way into the 'V' portion of our old valve causing the partial plugging. Sure enough, when the new main valve was installed, the shower worked like new. Anson is a real pro and takes his time to get things right. In another job where I recommend him and the company herein, he installed a new water heater. In addition to him, the owner, Mike, and production guy, Dave, were also very good to work with over the phone. Give these guys a call if you need some plumbing or other handyman things done.

They're on time, I think they are reasonably priced and I like that they do multiple things and when I have a list one person can do all of them.

We bought a 74 gal water heater from Sears. We preferred to choose our own installer rather than go with the one that Sears used. I called several plumbers on Angie's List. Many wanted to charge for an estimate, but some gave rough estimates over the phone. Las Vegas Handyman sent Anson out to give us a free written estimate. His estimate was fair and we scheduled him for the next Monday morning. He arrived on time and started work. After draining the old one, another handyman showed up to help Anson remove the old one and lift the new one into place - they are very heavy. Because I am retired, I went into the garage often to watch his handiwork. He was very careful and thoughtful throughout. At a point where he needed some parts, I drove to Lowe's to pick them up to save Anson some time. He also installed a drain pan I had purchased and redid the copper piping for the circulating pump. He did an excellent job. I like the fact that he and others at Las Vegas Handyman can do a variety of jobs. Also, I think that their price is reasonable. We will hire them again when important jobs are needed to be done.

He was rated very highly but he was expensive. I will probably see a different company next time. He charged by the project. The two projects took less than an hour. It was $125. It was very expensive. I would never use them again. He did good work but I'm not going to pay them. These were just minor projects and for that amount of money, that was ridiculous. Overall, they were a D because of the price. The work was an A but the price was a D.

Mike Klimek, the owner of Las Vegas Handyman/Pro handyman and I have been doing business for 13 years, he is the only handy man company I will use. I use him on my Real Estate listings and sales that need a handyman. Pete has finished several jobs for me. The bid was a bit high but I only had to pay what work was completed, not a penny more. The cost came in below the bid. Alex, the handyman was here on time and completed the project quickly. It was a BIG project. I will always recommend Mike and company.
