Description of Work: Helpful in scheduling the work - which involved turning an empty space into a proper storage cupboard; had good suggestions for how this should be done, and were very professional in doing the work; cleaned up afterwards and now I have some great extra space. Would definitely use ProHandyman again.

Description of Work: Joe was able to arrive earlier in the day, gave us an estimate, and was able to complete our repairs right away. He was professional, courteous, and he also wore paper booties over his work boots. This was a definite plus for us! We had our sliding glass screen door fixed, and our master bath tub caulked. There was no leftover residual from removing the old caulk, and the final result of the new caulk looks great.

Description of Work: Needed TV mount hung up, 30 minute job at max on a Sunday. Called the toll free number on Pro Handyman Corp's website. Tried to force me to sign up for a service via text messaging. I called the 702 number and Mike answered. Said he is only scheduling for next week and that he does not work on Sundays ( completely understandable, even though this was a last minute job) . I asked if he had anyone he could refer and he refused. Snippy tone when speaking to him, as if I put him out for calling on a Sunday.
