Arrived on time for the estimate. I explained what I needed done. The repairman (Jeff Gill) explained what exactly what he intended to do. Answered any questions I had. Assisted in obtaining the appropriate type and color of paint. Stated how long the job would probably take and provided a free written proposal, which I considered extremely reasonable. I telephoned the next day to accept. Work was scheduled for 3 days hence and worker (Jeff Gill) arrived on time. He started right away and was very proficient taking very few, if any, breaks. As each task was completed he would ask either myself, or my wife to inspect to see if we were satisfied. I have no doubt that he is very proficient in carpentry and painting, which were the only skills we observed. I will definitely use Pro Handyman in the future.

He was very pleasant and he was on time, but the quality was not good. The caulking that he did in the shower came out and the weather stripping on the door just does not work correctly.

I had used Pro Handyman several times before and was always pleased with their work; so I called them for an estimate. The faucets I needed installed are the 8" wide spread type, and they told me on the phone that these are more complicated to install than other types. They made sure I understood that they charge $100 each for the installation (which did not sound unreasonable to me). Pro Handyman works Saturdays, which is so helpful, and they set up an appointment for the upcoming Saturday morning. The worker actually arrived early. He worked efficiently, spending between 45 minutes to an hour per faucet. He obviously was very experienced. The new faucets work great and look great.

I called to get a quote on having a closet framed in an upstairs room that did not curently have one. I left a mesage and my call was returned a couple of days later. I understood because it was after all a holiday weekend. When I did get a call back I was told that he would see when he was going to be in the area and would get back to me. When I did not get a call back I called the next day and have still not received a call back. I feel that if he did not want or could not do the job he should let me know and not waste my time. Terible customer service!!! I can't comment on the quality of his work because he never called back. That's too bad.

Pro Handyman set appointment within 2 days. Shawn came on time. He was pleasant & efficient. Job done in reasonable amount of time. Leaving no mess to clean up. Would use Pro Handyman again.

I can ask him for ideas and stuff he is very helpful. I asked him what he thought was a good brand for toilets. The fixed a drawer, they purchased, picked up, and delivered a disposal for me. They helped me put up a decorative snow man. They just help with all of this little stuff. They even went over to my mother's condo and helped her with a disposal and a toilet. They recommended an electrician. They are always on time and so accommodating. They put in my new lawn sprinkler timer.

I requested estimates to be done from this company 2 separate times and both times they completely forgot about me. They said they would do it the next day and after waiting for 4-5 days, I called them back and they didn't even have someone scheduled to do the estimate yet! They are highly unorganized and unprofessional. I won't try to use them again.

Shawn arrived 15 minutes after 9AM. He looked over the job at hand & gave me the cost of the job; w/c was in the lower end of the estimate (nice surprise). Shawn works quickly. One of Shawn's tasks was to hang a pair of pendant outdoor lamps. He asked how low I wanted them while at the same time nicely offering a length suggestion. I took his suggestion & am glad I did. My son had fallen ill at school while Shawn was still working & since I needed to pick up my son I asked Shawn if he would like the check for his services at that point. Shawn said that he would wait & when I got back in about 20 minutes Shawn was all done with the job. Shawn even asked if I had a long-handled broom so he could clean out the cobwebs on the porch ceiling while he had the tall ladder out. Shawn cleaned up well after himself & was most pleasant. This was a great experience!

I had a whole list of things that I needed, and he cranked through it! I needed him to come the next day, but his schedule was full. He called later to tell me that his boss re-arranged his schedule so he could come back to help me. He was very good - I was struck by his spectrum of experience. I plan to use him in the future.

Chris did an excellent job. He was very professional, meticulous and courteous. I will need other done in the near future and have no qualms about calling this company.

Jason F. was the craftsman sent to bid and complete my projects. He was courteous and professional with the bidding process and my final invoice fell within the estimate he provided. The work was completed in a timely manner, with great attention to detail. The door looks great and the television installation also went well. I would highly recommend Jason and Las Vegas Handyman for future projects of this nature.

The work was done quickly and professionally he came when he stated he would be here my only negative comment was he did not clean up after himself, he left the empty boxes, pieces of wire, etc., around, but it was really minor.

They did an incredible job. They were timely and cleaned up before they left. An overall easy experience.

Just as expected. The appointment was made (with the tenant) and they called me as well just to confirm that the appointment was made. The work was done and I did not feel as if I was "gouged" by not being there myself.

The gentleman that came out was very professional and was a very nice guy. He came out when we had agreed upon and gave me a written estimate. I had agreed on having him do the work but I was going to be gone for 10 days so we had scheduled him to come out after I was back. Well two days before he was to do the work I received a call from them. The lady that called me was very rude and had told me that he was no longer working for the company. She said that she would have to send out another person to give me an estimate and she said that the estimate would much higher than the original quote I was given. I was not impressed with that at all. I refused and will not be using this company to do the work. I would have to give the gentleman that came out all A's across the board but since he is no longer working for them, I am inclined to give them all F's.

Las Vegas Handyman is an excellent company although I felt their price was a little high for the services they rendered. They are very punctual, courteous, and are not afraid to make sure you know what they are going to do before they do it. I also felt that they cleaned up well after they finished. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quick fix.

Very well. I called and they gave me a fixed price which I liked. It was a few dollars more than from a supply store but they could come right away. I talked to Mike on the phone and Pete showed up and changed my broken water heater.

Overall, he did a good job. He just quoted me a price based on the wrong measurements that he had taken in the beginning. Then he actually needed 1 foot more, so he charged me more due to that. I did have to purchase an additional 7 feet than I needed because that's how the baseboard was sold. Everything else went well. He was on time but had to leave a couple of times because he forgot to pick up some supplies he needed to do the job.

They always send out the most qualified worker for the job you need done. I never have to worry about the price because they give me an estimate within a ten dollar range. I have used them several times before for different jobs around my house and never have had any problems.

He was so punctual that he was there before I was.

The work was done efficiently, cheerfully and at the price as quoted.

Pete (from Pro Handyman) was excellent. He arrived on time, installed a new kitchen faucet, a new bathroom faucet and repaired a leaky toilet. He was extremely professional and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Pete from Pro Handyman for any plumbing services that need to be done.

I called early on a Saturday morning and explained my water heater was leaking and I thought I needed a new one-they said they could do it the same day and were out to my house 2 hours later. The man who installed it was very good at answering any questions I had and did a good job of cleaning up when he was done. I will definitely use this company again, they were very reliable.
