Late Friday night, my garbage disposal exploded. It spewed nastiness under the sink and in my sink. The diswasher also filled up the sink when it ran. Called Saturday morning and they stated they would be there between 2 and 4. They were! He unclogged the drain, replaced my disposal showed me how the drain and disposal worked and was out of my house quickly. Pete, this was who they sent, was super nice and professional. Got a call from them Monday morning to see if I was satisfied. I was. I will definately call them again for other jobs.

I had an old water purification system attached to my kitchen sink that had a few slow leaks. Because there was so much piping associated with the system, it was difficult to determine where exactly the water was coming from. When the handyman had the system out, it was clear that there were leaks associated with the faucet and other piping under the sink as well. The job ended up including replacing the faucet and additional water lines, and required additional parts to route water to the refridgerator (which I forgot to mention when I called for the original estimate), but the total price ended up only $25 over the initial estimate! While he was here for the sink repair, I got some quotes for some other small projects I need done, and those were all very reasonable. Will definitely use again!

They were fine, but the price was too high. I chose not to go with them, because of the price that they estimated for the work. I would consider getting another estimate from them.

He came, he saw, he fixed, he collected payment, he left. Very nice job and he even cleaned up.

Excellent,, I would use this company again, and would definitely recommend them to anybody,,, seaun arrived on time,, he was very professional, very helpful,, all told it was a great experience,, I know who i am going to call should i need this kind of work done again,,,in fact any kind of handy work to be done around the house,, if seaun is an example of the men that they use then i will be calling Pro Handyman again!!

Even though this wasn't an emergency, the repair person showed up about an hour after I called, gave me a very reasonable estimate to do the job, and had it done in about 1.5 hours. Very hassle-free. Pleasantly surprised that everything went so smoothly.

Bathroom - water leaking at the rotted angle stop, so could not shut off at source. Pro H arrived the next afternoon; fixed that problem and completed the other jobs, indicated above, which I had also requested.

I called them to explain everything that I wanted to be done and they scheduled an appointment for the same. Just before the work my water conditioner got some problem and they came out to fix it, but when they saw it they said they have never seen anything like this and would not be able to fix it. They recommended another company and that worked fine. They were really nice, but I felt they should not have committed to something that they did not know about because they wasted my time. They were very good about coming out immediately when I called them.

Jeff the handyman arrived on time, spent approximately 8 hours making the repairs WITHOUT TAKING ANY BREAKS. His work was expertly done to our complete satisfaction and left no mess behind. We found Jeff to be professional and wanting to ensure we were satisfied with the work. Pro Handiman was prompt, polite, professional and very reasonably priced. I will use them for all future repairs. OUTSTANDING

It was great. My property manager wanted me to use one of the big retail shops (L***s) to ensure we had a warranty. The big guys refused to do a repair. They were only willing to replace the entire door and surrounding material, even though there was no damage to the door whatsoever. I tried two other handymen that had been highly recommended; left each of them 2-4 messages and never received a single return call. Pro Handyman answered the phone immediately (every time I called), gave me an estimate over the phone (and the total came in lower than the estimate), offered to complete the job the next day, and offered a warranty on the work. The called me when they were on site. They called me when they were complete with the repair. The complete bill was less expensive than the labor alone would have been for the big retail shop, and the big guys wanted me to buy a whole new door as well! I'll definitely use Pro Handyman again and will happily refer them to others!

A guy came 2 hours late and said that to put in the disc and seat on a fawcett knob would be $150 and more if it were 2!! The main services we wanted estimates on were installing a tub we have, and running one water line from existing pipes to the nearest wall. He said he wasn't sure how much for that and that he would call us the next day. We waited over 5 days for his response and no calls or word at all. Finally we called and spoke to a guy in the office who said he'd check into it and be sure and call us back within minutes. Of course he never called back. Finally late one afternoon we again tried to track down someone to give us an estimate, and when we reached someone he said $1350 without looking it up or anything involved. We asked for some sort of break-down for costs and were refused. So they would charge us one THOUSAND three hundred and fifty dollars to install a tub that we already own and run one tube a couple of feet!! What a scam and very, very rude people.

Went well. Pete showed up early. It took him longer than expected to install shower door but the price was the same as they quoted on the phone (I was also able to use a 10% coupon for first time members on Angie's List). He was at my house 6 hours total and charged $318 (after the discount) for everything, which I thought was pretty fair. He was friendly and professional. I would use them again.

Called on a Wednesday afternoon and set a time for Thursday morning, 9:00 am. Handyman arrived at 8:50 and rang bell at exactly 9:00 am. Work was done in a very professional manner and it took less time than I expected. I will use this company from now on. Very pleased.

The whole experience went well from beginning to end.

He showed up on time and the job took approximately 1.5 hours. The ceiling fans look and operate correctly. He did put a sizable knick into my wall when fixing the handrail, however, it was a challenging location without a stud present. Overall I was satisfied with the quality of the work.

Worker arrived at scheduled time and did a thorough preparation of the surface and then painted. Required two coats of paint as expected. Preparation was thorough and so was the clean up.

The technician came out when scheduled(next day) and completed the repairs quickly and completely.

We just bought a 1959 house that needed one tile replaced in the master shower. I spoke with someone at the office. She said she would have to look into it and would call me back. Three days went by and I heard nothing, so I called them again. I spoke with a different person who said that they would "take a pass" on that job and gave me a referral to someone who does what we are looking for. I have no problem with someone giving me a referral, I am only unhappy that I had to make two calls and wait three days only to find out that they can't take my job. We are on a tight schedule with the house and this just added unnecessary stress.

The handyman got to my house approximately a 1/2 hour later than I was told, took a look at both the pieces, marked off on the wall where my studs were and then told me he felt that he should use some type of cross bar mounted on the wall to hang both the picture and the mirror and that he would need another person to help lift the picture onto the mount. I advised that I had another person coming over in case he needed help. He then stated that he needed to call his boss; he went outside and spoke for several minutes, came back into the house and stated that they were going to pass on this project and advised that I should call another company to see if they could assist me in getting these items hung. He stated that they did not want to be responsible for hanging these as they are hard to get level.

Excellent service and will use again.

They were very good and very competent. I would use them again. I was happy with the results. He came when he was supposed to. He is very responsive. I have no complaints.
