They arrived right on time. He was very honest about the issues and the best way to fix. He offered to follow up with prices on some alternatives he proposed to truly fix one of the issues.

The gentleman came out to the house and checked each toilet then described what needed to be done, before going to the hardware store for supplies. Upon his return, he quickly repaired each toilet and made sure each was functioning properly before leaving. In spite of going to the hardware store, he was done with the repair within an hour and a half.

Was on time, communicated with my tenant and myself professionally, and was reasonably priced.

The project went fine, it is done and completed, and I am happy with it.

Joe arrived on time, evaluated the job and gave me an estimate. I gave him the OK and he successfully and professionally installed the lock. Everything was mortised properly and the lock worked correctly. I was very pleaed with the job.

Everything went well. He was very polite, and did great work.

Chris did great work, found and repaired two leaks.

Larry arrived on time, as usual, told him what I wanted to achieve and he had a few suggestions as well. We agreed on what needed to be done and he wrote the estimate and I signed off on it. He prepped the room as much as he could and then left to get the materials he needed. He returned and set to work, completing the job in a timely manner. As we looked over the finished walls, he noticed that he needed to go back over a couple of areas, did so and then proceeded to put the room back in order and clean up his tools.

Pete is a quality workman who takes pride in doing the job right. He arrived on time like usual (He has worked for me several times as I own three properties). I am presendently moving a family member into their own place. I gave him a list of 14 things I needed done before the move in and he completed each item in a quality manner. Pete is like my right hand.

There were some issues with the kitchen sink but they did come back to fix it and everything went fine. The rest of the work was done excellent as well.

Estimate was written and appeared to be acceptable except for the amount of deposit required. The total price was $1,053 and they wanted $608.deposit which did not make sense as the materials were only $163 and the labor was $890. I was told to call the office and speak to them about my concerns. I did so and it was agreed that no deposit was required up front, but I would have to pay the materials charge before work would begin and then the balance after the work was completed. I agreed to this arrangement, set up the appointment and when they arrived, I wrote the first check. There were 2 areas of the work which did not go as planned......Larry did not like the way the exterior stucco repair looked and I agreed that it was not what I had expected and the water line repair was much more difficult that Larry had thought it would be........he was a professional all the way and did not give up. He worked and worked on the water line repair until he was satisfied that it was complete and did not leak. He also came back very early the next morning with a different texturing tool for the exterior stucco and worked for over an hour until we were both satisfied with the finish. Only then did he ask me to sign off on the job completion and write the final check which I did without hesitation.

Larry arrived as scheduled, put his booties on and I proceeded to show him what I needed done and the parts I had already purchased. He took a look under the sink and looked at the faucet replacement and stopper I had purchased as well as the kit to repair the bathtub chip. What I had purchased was fine, however, more parts were needed, i.e. new water lines, shut off valves etc. as they could not be reused. Larry wrote the estimate which was a total of $157.00 ($30 parts, remainder labor). I agreed and signed the estimate. Larry went off to Home Depot and came back promptly with everything he needed, put on the booties again and went to work. The work was completed on the faucet and then we had some lag time as the epoxy had to set up for the chip, apply the first coat and then wait again before the next coat could be applied. As I saw the work ethic that Larry displayed and the cleanliness of his work area, during the down time, I asked him to write an estimate for another project that needed to be completed. When the bathtub chip repair was completed, Larry cleaned up the area and ran some final tests on the faucet. All was in good order, so I paid him and signed off on the job.

I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE HANDY MAN COMPANY THE NIGHT BEFORE TO CONFIRM APPOINTMENT AND ALSO FROM THE SERVICE MAN WITH AN APPROXIMATE ARRIVAL TIME. HE ARRIVED ON TIME AND AFTER LOOKING OVER THE JOB AND GIVING ME AN ESTIMATE, HE GOT RIGHT TO WORK. THE WORK WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER EXPLAINING TO ME THINGS AS HE WORKED. IF HE WAS DOING THE WORK FOR HIMSELF IT COULDN'T`T HAVE BEEN NICER. I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE OUTCOME AND WOULD MOST DEFINITELY CALL THIS COMPANY FOR SERVICE AGAIN AND YES OF COURSE I WOULD ASK FOR RICHARD. THANK YOU HANDYMAN AND RICHARD.

The initial man that I spoke to was a little short with me. The person they sent to do the work was very nice and pleasant.

A few days after I spoke with Mike, Shaun came out to evaluate the potential job. After he gave me a preliminary price I ordered a portable air conditioner . I advised Mike of its arrival and the following Monday Shaun arrived on time. He set up the air conditioner and installed the ventilation kit. He gave me a price to insulate the garage door and after I agreed went to buy materials. He installed the insulation and checked to see if the door needed adjusting. Shaun did a great job , was very concerned that he leave a clean work area . The price including materials was quite fair. I have now used ProHandyman for 3 projects and will continue to use them.

I made a move recently in which things were moved for me, I checked on Angie's List, signed up as a new memeber and got on to read reviews. Pro Handyman had some good reviews, I called them, got a quoute that I thought was a little high but based on the reviews I thought I was paying for a job to be done right. I called on Saturday, had an appointment for Monday late in the day that was done a few hours earlier and worked out fine. I am very pleased with the work that was done, the tech was professional, and I would definately use them again.

It went very well. They're on time & I've never had to call them back after job. They do their jobs well. I've used them for several services.

I was looking for a handyman to replace a toilet seat, change one A/C filter as well as solve the electrical shortage problem. Promptly arrived same day of call. Stated he is a licensed electrician but unable to identify why there is electrical shortage in bedroom outlets . The handyman wanted to charge $290 for half an hour of trouble shooting. I ended up declining his work and charges.

I had made an appointment him 3 days out. When we went to set the appointment I told him I had a doctors appointment that day. He told me he could be there between 1:00 and 3:00PM. I made it home at about 10 minutes after 1:00 and told him I'd be home rest of the day. He told me he would be there within the timeframe he gave me. He never called back, and never showed up. I waited for days and he still never showed up.

Hello, I wanted to tell you about my experience using PRO HANDYMAN services. Jeff showed up on time, however, I locked myself out of the house. I left the bedroom window open. Jeff was very brave and climbed through the window, even though my dog was barking at him He unlocked the front door and I was able to get inside and show him what I wanted done. Two days later Jeff returned to do the job. He was amazing. He did the necessary shopping and all the work. I awoke the next morning to find a flood. I thought Jeff would see the water, turn around and leave, but he didn't. Jeff told me what to do and even helped me. I would recommend this company highly and especially Jeff. Pete purchased some of the items (such as, framing materials and proper colored paint for the fence) and arrived on the agreed time. He worked professionally until the above jobs were finished. He left the areas clean. He placed the through-away item in the places I asked. Then left a number and email address I will be able to contact him if I have any problems or questions. EXCELLENT WORK.

Not only was Pete on time but he had to wait on me to get home from work. He did such a good job fixing that gate considering what he had to work with. The wood was splintered and the hinges were bent but he got everything back together. I am very happy to say that I can now open and close my gate. The price was reasonable for all the time and labor it took him (by himself). And he was very courteous.

Mike from prohandyman answered the phone when I called. I listed the potential projects for him. Tom arrived to check what we wanted done the same afternoon. Three days later Mike was able to give us an estimate of the work and we scheduled it for the following week. Tom arrived each of 4 mornings on time and proceeded to do the work with lunch breaks and two trips to buy material. He was pleasant to work with and very co-operative. One project we wanted would have required major electrical rewiring but Tom made a suggestion which enabled him to accomplish what we desired at minimal cost. All projects were completed by early morning the fourth day and to our satisfaction. This is an excellant company worthy of the A rating

They were good and competitively priced, on par with everyone else. I think their prices are fair. They were very good about giving an estimate up front. If he needed to change anything because of factors he didn’t know about, he made sure that it was okay with us and he wrote it up and asked us to sign off on it. I felt that he was honest. It’s not cheap but it was competitive. It’s not like bargain-basement; we got quality work. I don’t remember any issues with punctuality. However, they only have a few people and they get to you when they get to you. If you’re in a huge hurry that might not be so good but we were satisfied.
