Technician was not familiar with the Valve and did not know if he could get repair parts, but was willing to take it a part. He was not confident in his expertise on this type of repairs.

He was supposed to be here between 11 and 1. He showed up at 1:10. He said he was running late because of previous jobs. Understandable He needed to go get a replacement part for the toilet. He returned and fixed the toilet. He charged me $35.00 for replacement part. However he was only here for from 1:10 until 3:10. He charged me $200.00 for two hours worth of labor. I thought that this was extremely high for a handyman's work.

Thought I was given a price for a handyman with a PhD, there pricing is highway robbery

Real well! Repairman came in on time, very clean, courteous, and professional. Installed new garbage disposer and after completing that, repaired PVC outdoors. Did a GREAT job and completed tasks in the least amount of time.

Jeez. Where do I start. They didn't listen about my preference of handyman--I definitely did not like one fellow who appeared to not know what he was talking about. They sent him anyway saying that their other guy had a family emergency. The painting was to include texturing, but it really looks like no texturing was done at all. I asked for an add-on room to be painted--not done. I asked for my kitchen to be painted--done, but the guy said I hadn't originally asked for this and gave my husband ****. (Have a copy of the estimate which states 'kitchen'). Then there was the completed work of art. Missed spots everywhere. Streaks of old paint showing through the flat white I'd selected. The thinnest layer of paint on some doors which did not coat the doors and made them look horrid. Streaks of paint- on my new carpet. When you call their business number to better coordinate the work a gal answers 'Hi!'. Thought I had a wrong number the first time, until I realized that whoever answers the phone in their office just says 'Hello.' and doesn't state the name of the company. Meh. After waiting for the door to get in and having arranged for one particular day and time for the door to be hung, another handyman arrived and asked 'So what am I supposed to be doing today?' Since the door appeared to be in his very, very, very expensive truck, I suggested he put the door that was in his truck on the hole in the wall that was in my bedroom going into the garage. Lastly, that nice truck reminded me of how much I overpaid these guys for what was done. '

Plumbers had to cut a one foot square hole in my patio wall to repair a leak. I called several companies to find one that would handle what is a relatively small but time consuming job. Las Vegas Handyman was the only company that responded. Marc Harvey came out, gave an estimate and scheduled the repair. He came out on a hot 90+ day and completed the repair in about 3 hours. He was even able to closely match the texture of the surrounding stucco. I supplied the paint and the repair looks good. I do recommend Las Vegas Handyman.

They always do an excellent job! I use them all the time and am on a first name basis with some of the workers. I will recommend and use them, again. I also trust their referrals.

Tommy did a great job on my list of projects.

Used them multiple times a number of years ago and was happy with their work. Needed an estimate on a current repair due to a water heater leak. Made an appointment for an estimate. They called ten minutes before the window closed and said they weren't going to make it. Rescheduled for the next day. No one came or called. When the window expired I called and cancelled myself. Two afternoons wasted.

He was on time and fix the roof and matched my dry wall color perfect.

Adam was very personable and professional. He charged me for materials, and I forgot to ask him for the receipts, because I had used him before, and trusted him. But he should have remembered to show them to me. I kept the left over supplies.

Excellent. Great service, great price. I have used them a few times now and will for any projects in the future.
