This company is great. Because I am an older woman, there are many things I cannot do around my home. When I come up with a list of muliple things that I need done, I will give them a call to come out. They do great work and are very friendly. I have used this company for about 15 years.

It went well. He showed up when he was supposed to, charged us the agreed upon sum, and fixed the door.

It took twice as long and cost 40% more than the estimate. He was easily frustrated, did not exude confidence and broke an expensive personal item when he banged his head on a shelf. I could not wait until he left. I will not be contacting them again for services. Live and learn, but learn from my experience and you will not have to endure the agony.

My experience with Las Vegas Handyman was excellent. Joe (D) was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He worked straight through until the jobs were completed and did an amazing job. My home is 35 years old, and the pipes were difficult to work with, but Joe was able to saw out the old and replace lines and they both now look and work as good as new. An A+ for Joe: Joe (D) is someone I will request again, if it is in his area of expertise. He was exceptional. Joe was on time, even a little early after a phone call from him to confirm that it was convenient for me to have him arrive earlier. Another benefit to using their services is that they have a pool of Master Craftsmen they choose from, depending on the job to be done. They were very professional in their appointment setting, and it was made within a week. I didn't have to wait weeks to have my jobs done. A few extra comments: I am a single woman who at times needs assistance with numerous projects-part of the joys of home ownership. It can be challenging to find someone who is knowledgeable and that I feel safe having in my home. Las Vegas Handyman ticks all the boxes. A final note: I received a thank you card from the company within the week following my using them, signed by "Mike". It has been years since a business has extended that type of courtesy to me, although it used to be a common consideration. Thank you for your professionalism and dependability. I gave them a B in price, as they are not the cheapest I've found, but after trying many different handymen, I feel all they offer is worth the difference in price.

They were great. I am grateful with angie's list. They were just good. He came when he said he was going to be here. He gave us an estimate. He was clean. He did his job well. He was better than I expected. That is all anybody could ask for. They are a company that does their job and does it well. The price was less that I thought it would be. I had a figure on my mind of how much he was going to charge me. I was surprise when my husband told how much it was. He was very professional.

Las Vegas Handyman they were great. I was the one who suggested they get on Angie's List. I'm using them right now. The owner, William, always communicates and he gets the job done on time on the project.

The craftsman came out as scheduled, reviewed the work to be done and said an estimate would come in a few days. After a week or more I called the office and they had him call me. He promised estimate the next work day, it didn't come. Called the office a few days later, they said it was ridiculous to have this happen and said they would have the production manager assign the job to someone else who would complete the estimate. No one ever called. I really tried to use this company as I was impressed with their experience and website but I couldn't wait forever. Apparently there was something about this job they just didn't want to do. I had two other companies estimate within days with no problem. The job is about $3000.

this is my second time using this service. I would use again, I just wish that I could get a quote or estimate before he arrives. I know every job is different but I hate having someone come out and make time for them if the price isnt right.

All in all , it went well, as a senior in somethings (electrical) I am limited to what I can and cannot do. The handyman made the job look easy..

Jeff Gill is always great to work with. I've used him several times now. He's not afraid to say he cant do something and admits when he makes mistakes. I recommend him to others and will be using him again in the future.

Mark not only did an excellent job with care, he was kind and personable. Obviously he is knowledgeable WAY WAY BEYOND handyman skills - everything was done more than perfectly and very timely. When I asked him questions, he more than offered me information. He showed up a little early (but that worked out great because he was able to tell me how much it was going to be first), and then came back at the scheduled time to perform the work. Thank you Pro-Handyman, but especially Mark for helping me do the things I just couldn't do myself - and for doing it with excellence! Soooo much appreciated. About the price - I rated it an "A" because I had the money and couldn't do the work myself. Honestly, I gulped at $308, but I never had "help" doing this kind of stuff before. Next time I will know to be prepared for this type of rate, and considering the time, effort, professionalism, no mistakes, excuses, tardiness, etc..... I'd say it was definitely worth it!

I would hire this company all the time

I called to make an appointment with Pro-Handyman because they had a great rating on Angies List. When making the appointment I asked was there a fee for just coming out? No! I asked if they charged by the hour? No, they only charge you for the job / jobs they actually do. I requested that they change my air filters, and caulk above the door frames where the door frame connects to the wall. The receptionist said, "simply tell the handyman what you need done and he will charge you for what he actually does". Joe arrived promptly, even a bit earlier than scheduled, he did call before arriving to let me know he was coming. Once here I realized that he was not from Pro-Handyman but from Las Vegas Handyman. The Handyman told me that Pro-Handyman and Las Vegas Handyman had joined together. Joe's business card stated that he was a Senior Craftsman. When he arrived I showed him where the air filters needed to go and then I pointed out the top of my bathroom door frame. That's when Joe said, "All builders will only caulk what is seen...if there was a stairway that showed the top of the uncaulked door frame, then it would be caulked". He would not caulk the top of the door frames as I requested. Joe then just asked was there anything else? While in the bathroom I asked him if we could put a door on the open linen closet. He said that there was someone in his company that could maybe do the linen closet enclosure. I took him out in the garage and asked if he could purchase 2 - 4 foot fluorescent lights and install them. I have 2 outlets that I had wired on the ceiling of the garage so the lights could be mounted and simply plugged in. Joe questioned me and ultimately checked to make sure that they were live and worked off one switch. The outlets worked just fine. He said that he would get estimates on the 2 fluorescent lights and call me later that day...I asked if he could do it then and he said no he had a busy day. It has been three days and still no word. While in the garage I asked about putting flexible trim on the walls surrounding the garage door to keep out the dust and dirt due to the garage door gap between the walls. Joe did give me a name of a garage door dealer. Joe then brought in the ladder and changed my air filters (Which I had purchased). I did request that he dust off the register and he did. Although it seems like I took alot of his time... he was actually here only 15 - 20mins max. Then the bill...the initial bill was for $71.00, then he gave me a 25% discount, so my actual amount due was $51.00 for changing my air filter. I was very upset with Joe, his lack of professionalism, the total due, how he kept passing the buck so to speak to his fellow employees, and telling me that he has to go to his other clients. I am a disabled veteran with a broken foot and I am unable to climb ladders whatsoever. Every three months I will have to pay between $71 and $51 (depending on the handyman I get) to have my air filters changed???

He came and went about doing the work and was done in less than 3 hrs.

The worker came to visibly inspect the repair needed and then gave me an estimate which I questioned because it would net his company (and not him) about $150 an hour. Unless they pay their employees $75 an hour, this seemed exorbitant to me, so I negotiated with him and he reduced the price. (As it turned out, the job took about an 1 1/2 less then estimated, so they still made a major profit.) The handyman came back at the appointed time and day and worked straight through without any problem. The wall repair was acceptable but not very good, but I didn't press the issue and never bothered to talk to the home office. I paid him and was relatively satisfied with the work for the price. The biggest problem I've found is that their turnover seems pretty high since I've never gotten the same handyman twice. The first one was exceptional, but quit for greener pastures and gave me his cellphone number to work independently. Without workman's comp and insurance, I wasn't going to call him again - way too much risk! I would use them again because I've tried other companies not registered in Las Vegas and found them much less professional (especially when they refuse to show me their workman's comp and insurance certs + are not registered as a business.)

They were very pleasant and approachable. The job was done well and they were efficient. I would recommend them to others.

Don't use this service if you want to have any idea what they charge before they come out to give estimates.

They showed up exactly on time, gave me a written quote, and performed the replacement of the outdoor faucet as quickly as he could get back from purchasing the part. No surprises, no issues, good work. Not cheap, but actually a fair price for a skilled job.

Had a leak in the Angle Stops (shut-off valves) under the bathroom sink. Has been an on going problem.Called on Monday March 11 and made an appointment for Tuesday between 8am-10am. Received a call from Tony at 8:10am indicating that he was on his way. He arrived approx. 20 minutes later. Tony quickly analyzed the problem and determined that the Angle Stops had to be replaced. After giving me an estimate which I approved, he shut the water off and removed the old Angle Stops. He then left to buy the necessary parts and returned a short time later. In less than 30 minutes the job was complete. I was very pleased with the work and the price.

Handyman Las Vegas were good. They showed up when they said they were going to and they did a good job. I was actually surprised because we had to leave stuff that can't be here when they're here working and we came home and it was hard to tell if anything is wrong with the wall. You'd never know looking at the wall that anything was ever done. It was perfect. They had a good price.

very professional! mark called me and arrived as agreed upon...very professional.. covered his shoes with booties..a plus in my house:) assessed work that needed to be done .. went to pick up part as needed...( closet divider) had all his tools and supplies available ..toldme how long he estimated it would take...promptly to work.. work finished as expected .. finished work A-plus!! I have used this company for approx. 6yrs always satisfied! they back their work...coupons available and senior discounts!

Called Pro Handyman and made an appointment for the next day. Had a smoke alarm in the living room, on a 20 foot ceiling, The alarm was chirping and driving us nuts. The handyman "Karen" arrived on time and was not intimidated by the height and especially the angle required to reach from the ladder. The job required an aerial act and a alarm replacement with one hand to hold on to the ladder and another to replace the alarm. I will admit I did not watch but she was done quickly and we were thrilled. Would call her again in a minute.
