Response was immediate (same day as call) and the repair was timely ( 2 days later). We were in a hurry because the house was selling and we were on a tight time line. We are very please with promptness and responsiveness we experienced.

Everything went very well. I was able to schedule two appointments within a reasonable amount of time. The job was done fast, safe and beautifully. He also cleaned up. I will be using the services in the future.

Rick is great to work with. His price was fair, work was great and communication was excellent. I will be continuing to work with Rick on future projects.

You can feel confident in hiring Las Vegas Handyman for all your small jobs around the house. Shawn arrived on time and prioritized our to-do list. He was very professional. One by one, he completed each task. As stated in my review of Village Plumbing elsewhere on Angie's List, I was left with a nightmare shower installation. The shower was leaking under the floor, causing the baseboards to warp and pull away from the walls in both the living room and hallway which are adjacent to the shower. Thanks to Shawn, that problem seems to be fixed. He used silicone caulk to seal the tile and around all the fixtures. The wrong type of caulk had been used in the original installation. Village Plumbing also installed the shower doors in the wrong place, reducing the width of the shower. I thought I was stuck with the narrow shower, condemned to being unable to raise my arms unless standing sideways in the shower. Shawn suggested relocating the shower doors. What a brilliant solution! The extra 1" to 2" to the width of the shower has been wonderful. I will definitely call on Las Vegas Handyman again. In fact, I am currently compiling my new to-do list. Actually the serviceman called about 45 minutes early and asked if it was ok to come early. It was ok so he showed up about 30 minutes early. He check out all the work I needed and provided an estimate and final price was the same as the estimate. Work was done professionally. I will be using ProHandyman again!

We needed to replace 3 bathroom sink faucets, 2 in the guest bathroom and 1 in the powder room. Handyman Tom arrived punctually. Was pleasant and courteous. Gave us an estimate with a 10% senior discount. (We bought our own faucets.) We gave our go ahead and he wasted no time. Finished his work in about 3 hours. Later on,after he left, however, we noticed a leak in the powder room faucet underneath the sink. Tom came back that afternoon to fix it but was unable to finish because he needed another part. He came back punctually the next day, as he had arranged. Completed the work; we had to reimburse the part for $44. Would have given an A overall, except for the leak which could have been more thoroughly tested.

What can I say about this company. I am so incredibly pleased with their service. They are just fantastic. They are so polite and nice. Their price is always fair and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service and I got a $25 coupon from them as well!

We bought a beautiful front door that needed to be installed and painted. After seeing some reviews on Angie?s List we decided to hire Pro Handyman. WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE! Pete was our handyman. The door didn?t line up correctly and he attempted to put a new piece of molding around the frame that also didn?t line up right. Then he tried to mask his awful job by putting globs of paint over the molding. He was completely unprofessional and outwardly showed his frustration with installing the door. He laughed and made a comment about how he used to break into houses. If he was joking?it was not funny. He also talked about his wife who is a recovering addict. He had no concept of time and spent 3 times longer then he originally stated. To make matters worse, Pete called us when he left the house and mistakenly thought we were his next clients then totally lied about why he was late. The paint job was horrible. Another guy from the company came out and said he would even touch the paint because he didn?t know if he could fix it. The manager Dave sent Sean out to fix the door. The door had to be sanded down and repainted which it still doesn?t look right. He also had to put another screw in the door to try and straighten it out. When the weather got a little cold I noticed there was a draft under the door and our tile was freezing. I had to call the company again because the door was still not right. Sean came back out and confirmed there was a crack at the bottom that he missed. We figured out why scorpions were getting into our house next to our baby?s room!

He showed up on time. Was very polite.

The handyman provided for service was wonderful! He called prior to arriving, and when he got here, he was friendly and got right to work. Shawn (the gentleman who was sent to complete the work) was very professional and made me feel comfortable. He explained what he would be doing and did not make a mess. The faucet looks and works great and I am very pleased. I would definitely use this service again.

Cosmo was Wonderful! He arrived ahead of scheduled time, took time to read instructions, put the pieces together fabulously.......I can't wait to get the other pieces so he can work on those. When he finished the jobs he took the time to clean up... what a guy!!! The only thing was the price was approximatley $16.00 more than I thought, but with the 10% discount, it worked out fine. I do plan to use him for additional work in the future.

I am 74,not in good health and can`t do most of needed repairs anymore. My wife had I had been compiling a list of annoying problems that needed to be corrected. We have always used Pro Handyman as they have ALWAYS provided superior service! The technician, Mike Beasley, was very professional, polite and courteous. He insured every item on my "to do" list was completed to my satisfaction with minimal disruptions.

came by when scheduled but cried about job request being too tough. Didn't come prepared to work in attic ,dressed like he was going golfing! I guess the business is just out to prey on the older crowd and do minor chores ,that wont get them dirty.

James Hidalgo showed up as scheduled, gave an estimate, to trouble shoot our electrical system and determine why we were unable to use the bathroom plug in outlet. Since the switches in our electrical panel were not labeled correctly, he had to spend time to ascertain which switches controlled the power to each room. He was patient and able to fix the GFF problem and replace the outlet.

Nice man who did the job very quickly once a plan of action was determined. There were multiple layers of protection so we would not have the problems again. I definitely would call them again.

It looks like new. We can not tell there was ever any damage. Mark was very professional and kept things tidy as he worked.

Called Pro Handyman. Tony the handyman sent to help us, was punctual, courteous, and professional. He gave us a free estimate. We've been very pleased with Pro Handyman so far, and cost to complete projects. Just waiting on materials and Pro Handyman to complete the job. One other important thing to mention. I had bought the wrong kind of ceiling fan to mount to the ceiling. Tony took it upon himself to take the fan back to the vendor, and exchange it for a similar fan with the correct mounting end. He not only saved me a trip to the store, but saved me $10 as the new fan was less money. I appreciated his willingness to accomodate us, and get the job done as quickly as possible.

They came when they said they would come and they gave us a good estimate. They were professional. We went with somebody else.

I called Las Vegas Handyman after reading their reviews on Angie's List and set an appointment to have 4 ceiling fans installed. Tony, the handyman who did the work, called 30 minutes prior to the appointment and said he'd be to the house shortly. He showed up a bit early and installed all four fans with only one issue. The issue was that one fan was on a dimmer switch and it really wasn't compatible with the remote control receiver in the fan itself. He didn't, nor did we, realize this until he completed the work a couple of weeks ago. I called for Tony to come back out to check out the fan since it wasn't responding to the remote control at all. He came back as scheduled, actually about an hour early, and changed out the dimmer switch with a standard switch and it's working perfect now. Also while he was here he checked out another fan that was already here when we bought the house but was so wobbly that we couldn't even use it. He inspected it, added a couple of missing screws and tightened everything up. Now the fan is usable again without any fear of it falling down. To top it all off he didn't charge us at all for doing this, or for changing out the dimmer switch. The people I talked to on the phone as well as Tony were very pleasant and professional to work with. I'd highly recommend using them!

Fixed door. It was not closing well and he did an excellent job in fixing the door so it will close. I would use them again. Profession and fast.

The service was performed in a timely fashion. $75.00/hour seems a little steep, buy as I said he showed up got the job done and it looks good. Overall I am satisfied with the job.

They spotted a problem that I had. I knew I had a problem but they did find what it was so I had to hire a plumber for that. I call them frequently. As soon I have things go wrong, I call them in general. He defined the problem I had because I lost my hot water. He figured out it was a slab leak and he figured out almost the exact location without even using specialized tools. When I asked if he could handle that, he said he can't, which I appreciate so I called in a plumbing company to do the job. They are honest and competent. They don't try to do more than they're capable of doing. I've used them multiple times already.
