They called promptly to setup an appointment and the rest was downhill. They called again the next day to setup an appt and didn't have any record of the my call from the previous day. I had to reconfirm my appt, time, and what I needed to be performed in detail. On the day of appt, a different handyman arrives and proceeds to tell me, the original guy/electrician had something come up personally and couldn't make the appt so he asked him to cover him. This guy was a plumber and had no electrical experience. He then apologized and tried to help but stated he had no idea and didn't want to rip me off. He recommended we reschedule for next weekend so the original flakey handyman could visit. He then reviewed the order and it didn't have the original request I submitted on two phone calls, it was vague about the "lights out". Nothing about the details I provided with the electrical short in the garage light and patio light. He stated they didn't give me this information on your order. Very disappointing...why should I have to wait until next weekend for another appt, waste of my time. I just wanted good service and a good experience.

The Handyman, Joe Dalkowski, arrived on time, he was efficient and did the repairs to our home/office door. The screws originally installed were too small and had come loose over time. He took out the old ones, put it longer screws and the door works perfectly. I would recommend this firm highly for any Handyman job.

He is trustworthy. He is punctual and reliable. He cleans up after himself. Vey professional.

Larry called to let me know that he was on his way and arrived a short time after his call, which was well within the time frame that I was given for his arrival. He was respectful of my home and was extremely professional at all times. He looked at what I wanted done and gave me an estimate that was reasonable and fair. He went out to his truck to get all the tools that he would need and placed blue plastic booties over his shoes before stepping into my home. When he needed to go back to his truck for other tools he took off the plastic booties went to his truck and then put then on again. I was so impressed. He put up the rods and drapes so quickly that I asked him how many he had put up and hung in the course of his work and he responded "too many to count!" Everything was lined up just so and my drapes look fantastic. The office chair also took no time for him to put together as well as hanging the two small pictures. I took his card and told him that I would definitely be calling him again for future jobs. Las Vegas Handymen is definitely a company worth calling if you need ANYTHING done! I totally recommend Larry!

I called on the 30th of Dec and asked if they could do some things done for me by the 4th of Jan as we were putting my wife's house on the market and the first showing was on the 5th. They said no problem if they could come on the 2nd of Jan and give me an estimate and if I approved they would start that same day. He came at 8 am and stayed until after 8 that night. He told me that he had a couple of small jobs to do the following morning but would be there at noon. At 12:01pm the next day he arrived and finished the job. He purchased and painted and hung 2 doors. He painted and rehung 1 door and he also patched 2 holes and textured and painted two walls. You can not even tell that there were any holes in the walls and the paint matched perfectly. Awesome Job I was thrilled. I will definitely be using them again in the house we live in now.

Called yesterday and showed up promptly today, as promised. Extremely professional and did an excellent job. Went above and beyond. A man named Cosmo did the work. He was very pleasant and very competent. Well done all around.

Getting new countertops and needed to have new faucets and new sink hooked up. Called for appointment to have new sink hooked up morning after new countertops were installed so I wouldn't be without water in kitchen for very long. Called and made an appointment for Jan 9th. Slab was late by a day, so I called to see if I could reschedule for the morning of the 10th instead. No problem! Pete was there bright early Friday morning and got to work. Took parts off old sink, put on new sink, replaced pipes under the sink (this sink was deeper), put on garbage disposal and installed new faucet. Bigger job than he expected though when he found a small leak from dishwasher. It was so small that I never noticed it, but one could see where it had been leaking. He could have ignored this. I never would have known. But he fixed it and showed me the part that was leaking. Worked from about 8:30 to noon.

Called to get an estimate, person came out on 12/20. I had told the office the various projects I needed to get done. When the rep came out he could not give an estimate as he had to get a tradesman to do the estimate. Why didn't the tradesman come with him? The tradesman came out a week later but his card said Las Vegas Handyman which I guess is a different company. He came on 12/30 and said that he could not get back to the office until Thursday, then they would e-mail or call me with the estimate. As of 1/8/14 I have not heard back.

My experience went very well. He was professional and knowledgeable in his field. The pricing was reasonable and I was pleased with the outcome of the service. I would recommend this company to others.

Exceptionally adequate. Very expensive. He wouldn't give me an inital quote. He didn't fix everything. He never told me how much it would cost in the first thing. He also never fixed the ceiling fan and lights.

They are excellent. I've been using them since 2002. Their work is reasonably priced. They're used by a lot of real estate companies in Las Vegas. They do all of my repairs.

Called early in the week and explained I had a canned light that needed to be repaired. I told them it was in the highest point in my home at about 15-18' so who ever they would send needed to have a tall ladder. I told them I was not in a rush so we could schedule the work later in the week. It was scheduled between 8 - 10 this morning and they would call prior to coming. The man called promptly this morning. He then asked exactly what I needed and I once again told him. He then told me he only had a 6' ladder so he would have to rent one at my expense. I gave them plenty of notice and even took time off work. If they don't do this type of work they should have told me when I first called instead of wasting my time. I used someone else.

Scheduled an appointment to receive an estimate for drywall installation in order to close off our dining room. Estimator came on time and provided the estimate onsite. We scheduled the work to be done a couple of days later. Work was started on time and finished according to the schedule we were provided (1.5 days). Job site was protected from debris and cleaned up after the job was complete. There were no "surprises", and the job came in at the estimate. Quality craftsmanship. Would recommend, and use them again for our next project.

Got a letter from HOA. Needed garage door and pop out above garage door painted within 25 days. Called Diesel painting and they never showed up. After waiting a week, I decided to call Las Vegas Handyman. Called one day, he came out to give me an estimate the next, and less than a week later, it's done! Very responsive. They waited to paint because I had to get the exact paint the HOA wanted and it was to cold to paint.Otherwise, I'm sure it would have been done even sooner than 6 days. Pete arrived at the house at the scheduled time, and did a fantastic job. He also, on his own volition, painted both pop outs on the side of the garage. What a great surprise. Left everything as it had been and no mess anywhere. Best parts were that the other pop outs were painted and estimate came in below what it was. He was courteous and professional. Will definitely hire him again if I need anything else done.

Everything went so well, I have called him back to hang my chandeliers. This is my new go to handyman service.

Ken came out and gave us an estimate. It took a few weeks to schedule an appointment that would work for us. He called ahead on the day of service to let us know he would be out. He came in and did the work as described, but miscommunication led to one major area not getting done. Ken agreed to stay and do it. Initially, we thought all the patch and texture work looked really good, however, the last area started to bubble or peel away the same day, so we had to have Ken come back out the following week to fix it again. My biggest complaint was that both times there were major messes left. My boyfriend and I ended up spending several hours cleaning and laundering up the texture spray that was left all over the house from the repair work. Along with the second visit because the work was not done correctly the first time is the reasoning for our poor review.

Job scheduled the day after I called. Excellent job. Arrived early, installed hinges, and adjusted them to our desires. Cleaned up afterwards.

I called and left a message. They were very prompt in returning my call. I arranged for the repairs to be done the next day. That's about as good as it gets. I'm a happy camper :) Even though I had rather a "mixed bag" of equipment (from previous owners) and very tight working conditions on (2) of the tanks, Jeff was able to make sense of it and got the equipment replaced. Everything is now working properly.

Fixed broken doorknob, also worked on garage door. I live in Alaska, so I really rely on Angie's List for reliable service providers in LV. They were very professional, prompt, and coordinated with my daughter, who lives in the home. I will use them again.

I can't say enough great things about Pro Handyman Corp. The owner, Mike, is professional, knowledgeable, and always takes great care of me. I trust him completely with all of my home issues.
