Description of Work: Needed plum tree cut down and removed. Chris came over and did a great job. Had the tree cut down and pulled out of the ground within 30-45 minutes. Cut all the branches and trunk down to size and even brought heavy duty bags to put it all in. Shoveled back all the dirt and rocks back and smoothed it all down. Great job, I am really happy with Pro Handyman. Thanks, Mike. Will be calling you soon for electrical work.

Description of Work: We had problems with our front door closing tight. I contacted Angies List, and found Pro-Handyman, in my local area. I called the company. They stated they could be out the next day, if that was soon enough, I told them it would be fine. I was told to look for the repairman around 10 to 12. Pete showed up at 10, he was very professional, and completed the work to my satisfation in a very short time. I will call Pro-Handyman for all my problems in the future.

Description of Work: Workman arrived at the promised time and set about making repairs at once. He replaced the rollers on a sliding glass door and moved an outdoor spigot to a more convenient location. The work was done to our complete satisfaction. Our only reservation was that an estimate was promised before work would begin. We did not learn how much the repairs would cost until we were presented with a bill at the conclusion of repairs.

Description of Work: Mark Buesch Senior Craftsman came to my home and connected the VHS and DVD combo that i received for Christmas with proficiency and expertise.

Description of Work: Replaced screen in door, installed 2 outdoor lights, installed outdoor timer switch, replaced bath sink, installed shower head, replaced toilet handle and stopper.

Description of Work: Remove and install Delta shower tub cartridge. Chris arrived early for scheduled appointment. Professional and efficient. Had to improvise to remove stuck handle. Cleaned buildup of corrosion in main line that cartridge is inserted. Completed job in about 40 minutes. No more leaky spout. Have used PROHANDYMAN. in the past for other projects, I.E. Remove sliding patio glass doors and install French Doors. Install kitchen sink, install sinks and faucets in bathroom. Will continue to use their services as needed. Hightly Recommend. Mike the owner is very honest and prices are fair, never felt taken advantage of.

Description of Work: We are preparing to move into a house we bought. Had a problem related to a leak under the kitchen counter that we found when trying to install our new dishwasher. I called Pro Handyman and spoke with Mike, the owner on 12/1/2002. I explained the problem and told him that I needed a fix. He scheduled to have a someone out the next morning at 0800. Chris showed up on time. I showed him the problem and after picking up the required material was back and did and OUTSTANDING revamp/repair of our under counter issue, better than the way it was done originally! Not only that but Chris did several other fixes for us that were great!

Description of Work: Various handyman related services including installing towel bars, bathroom light, two electrical plugs, replacing battery in fire alarm, closing off and remove of a soft water system and adjusting a ceiling fan. With a helper Jeff made the repairs and was done by 1:30 pm which included a trip to Lowe's and a lunch break of ~ 20 minutes. He was unable to fix the ceiling fan even after spending ~ an hour. He did a good job generally but never gave me an estimate until the work was completed $575.00 and then reduced to $520 when I reminded him that he was on Amgie's list with a 10% discount. He did a pretty good job but not exactly "A" work.

Description of Work: Replaced ballast in kitchen light fixture. Had to go to several stores to get the right part but did not charge extra for it. Very professional.

Description of Work: Weather strip and replace flange on french door after assessing water problem. Repair outdoor electrical socket to stop indoor leakage.
