CENTEX HOMES

Centex Homes was a pretty good company and when we told them we had a problem they sent someone out fairly quick. The guy was very nice and we felt okay with having him in our home. The guy who came out was actually from a different company but hired by Centex Homes. The price of this service was under warranty.

Centex Homes did a good job of keeping us informed of the work as they went along. They even sent us pictures during the building process through email. They asked us if we wanted specific colors in some of the rooms. We did have some problems with too much rain at once and our house settled too fast. It had caused cracks along our ceilings and walls. I called them and complained. They said that is was not their problem, but since they were the home builder, they would stand behind their work. They came out within a week and fixed the problems we had. We have had no problems since and if I were to ever build another home it would be from them.

Centex Homes was very easy to deal with. We did have some minor problems with the home shortly after it was built. We called and told them about the problems and they stood behind their work, which I thought that they should have. I have recommended them to others in our community.

Centex Homes were very good about keeping me informed about every two weeks on the progress of my home. That was one thing I really liked about this company. I was involved in the decisions about my home. I picked out all the flooring, cabinets and the countertops. There have been minor problems, but whenever I called the company they took care of it right away. They stood behind their services. I was very satisfied with this home builder and I loved our layout. I think they had the best one story homes around.

Centex Homes did a super job building our custom-built home. We felt everything was built using top quality products. Our home was rather expensive; however we have some very unique features built in it, such as a built-in pest extermination system. The pest control people never have to enter our home; they just shoot the chemicals into the outlets on the exterior of our home to spread the chemicals throughout the walls.

Centex Homes was very easy to work with. I was pleased when they accommodated our suggestions. I was very happy with the close attention to detail and also everything that they did. I have not had any problems with the build of my home at all.
