This was a horrible experience. I had not yet moved in and I expressed my desire to have everything done before I moved in. They had plenty of time but for some reason they waited until the last week to get in here and it was a nightmare coordinating my move and installation of my appliances when they had not yet finished. On the day of my move in, there was layers of dust on my brand new hardwood floor because they cut the granite inside my place and did not clean up after. I realized later that they should have done the floors after the granite and even still should not have cut the granite inside my place. It took hours to clean and I still had to deal with my big move. It is a month later and the job is still not finished. It is like pulling teeth to get them to give me answers and to stick to the schedule. I should have received a discount but I was told it was not possible.

All went perfectly. Bob was extremely responsive to our questions and concerns throughout the entire process. He helped us select a great carpet and padding. Carpet was installed on the exact day promised. The installation team did a fantastic job including removing and carting away the laminate flooring. When it is time to install hardwood downstairs, I will not hesitate to call upon Bob at Carpets N More again.

Pleasantly surprised at estimate which was 30% less than other lowest bid. They were very accommodating to our schedule as we were having painting done at about the same time. Installation was well done and on time. Sales people were very courteous and knowledgeable.

The salesman was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable. However, installation in some places was a little shoddy. The carpet had been pulled or tightened in certain places and we are finding spots in the hardwood that will need to be re-done. The tile also is uneven in some places. They did come out and re-pull the carpet to make it tighter but I have not had time to see if there are any other spots before we call again.

They were great, fair and professional. They did not try to upsell me any more than normal. This company showed me what I wanted and it was a quick, easy selection process. They were here the next day and installed the new carpet. If you go in with your measurements it makes things a lot easier. I had the measurements; that is why they were able to install it all in one day.

We replaced a 12-year old original builder grade carpet in a home we recently purchased. After checking out reviews for several companies on Angle's List we selected and met Chris Retsel at the Eastern Avenue (Henderson, NV) store. We had ideas in mind. He showed us what he had. We were looking for a fairly good product and he made recommendations. Chris also directed us to their warehouse showroom to look at other optons but we eventually went with one we saw in his store. He completed the measurement and we scheduled the install date. The two installers who came spoke some English so we were able to communicate. They were on time, efficient and clean. We needed help moving 2 larger pieces of furniture which we had discussed with Don and the installers were very helpful. We would absolutely recommend Carpets & More. From beginning to end this happened in less than a month (we were out of town twice) although we were flexible with our time frame.

We had priced flooring at other places and Carpets N More were more reasonable. They came and measured everything to make sure we had enough. They installed it and were pretty efficient. They moved everything and put it back afterwards. We did the whole bottom floor of a 3500 sq. ft. house. The overall experience was excellent. They were punctual, responsive, and professional.

Our experience with that service was good. They were pretty quick. They came out and premeasured everything, so we did not end up with a whole bunch of extras because my measuring was way off. We also had them come out a couple other times to do some estimates, but we haven’t been able to do it yet. We would tell others that they were easy to work with, were pretty quick to send somebody out here to do the work and also to get the order in to get the wood. We spent around $8000 on everything.

I Called them and made an appointment, they were there on time, did the job fast and efficient. The carpet looks great! They did an excellent job. I would definitely use them again.

Bob (at the store near Craig Rd. & Highway 95) gave me the best price for carpeting throughout my rental house. Since I am out of state, I had to work with him over the phone. He was able to get it installed in a very timely manner, and was great at returning calls.

They did a really nice job. They were fast and efficient. I would recommend them. Their price is very good. They were timely.

Overall, the experience was excellent. Other places that I had gone to really weren't interested in talking to me after finding out how small the job was, but Herb at Carpets N More was more than willing to help. I ended up with the most perfect carpet, and it actually came out cheaper than similar products from Home Depot and Lowe's (with a premium carpet pad!). I could not have been more impressed. Herb even came over to do my measurement on his way home from work one day so I didn't have to wait - what service! The installers worked quickly and were well within their time window - in fact they were scheduled from 8 to 12 and they showed up around 8:45. They were done by 10:15! None of them spoke English very well (in fact, a couple didn't speak it at all from what I could tell); however, they did good work so I can't complain too much. They could have had a more professional appearance but the work was done well so, again, can't really complain.
