They did a very good job! We would recommend them. I wasn't there but my daughter said that they're very nice people. They were very professional.

It was wonderful, I was very happy with the service. I have been meaning to ride in but too many things got in the way. I like the system that the use, the carbonation and the technician was very friendly and very thorough. There was nothing I'm not happy about.

Santiago and Rocco came on time. They explained everything to me. When they told me the price, I was a little surprised because it was higher than I thought it would be. But then it took them two hours to clean the sectional and living room carpet. It was worth every penny. My son drops food all over in the living room, so there were food stains everywhere. They did a great job and both things look brand new.

They arrived right on time. We moved into this house in July 2014. We had it thoroughly cleaned as the previous owners left it in terrible condition. Although the tile floors were cleaned, the grout was almost black. Carbonated Solutions did a great job cleaning. When we get our funds in order this spring, we plan to have them put in new grout.

We hired Carbonated Solutions to steam clean and seal the tile in our home. In the end, we weren't incredibly impressed with the results. The technicians who did the work were courteous and professional; but I just didn't feel like the "before & after" were all that impressive. I just don't feel like we derived a whole lot of value from this transaction. Our tile looked better than before - but not $530 better.

Responded to phone message within four hours with a ballpark estimate and an appointment. Arrived on time...two very nice guys. Very professional, assessed the job and gave me a firm quiote. including what I thought was VERY reasonable pricing for my leather chairs which had not been cleaned since purchased in 1998. I think after he got into that part of the job he may have regretted his price quote, but he stuck to it with a smile. They were realistic in telling me what they could and couldn't do. No promises that everything would be "as new" when they finished when it was obvious that was impossible My carpets were cleaned beautifully. The bedroom DOES look like new carpet. The living room has wear areas that are clean. The chairs are soooo much better than I thought they'd be. I'm tickled with them I would recommend them to anyone. Very happy.

This is my second time using Carbonated Solutions, and again, a superb job! My initial phone call for estimate and scheduling was returned within 24 hours, where I was provided an approximate estimate over the phone based upon scope of work discussed. The day of service, I received a phone call 30 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment to let me know when arrival was expected. The technician arrived exactly on time as scheduled. The technician (Frankie) was courteous, friendly and professional. He assessed the work, provided me with what type of results to expect, and provided a bid prior to getting started. The work was completed efficiently in about 2.5 hours, and I am completely satisfied with the results.

Technicians were prompt, respectful and efficient.. I've never had a home with ceramic tile and was familiar with the process and they explained everything and completed the work in a timely manner. The tile looks great and would recommend this company with confidence.

They got amazing results with tile - better than we hoped - and the carpet work was also done well. Loved the fact that the technique they use does not soak the carpet and in less than two hours we could walk on it. They did a good enough job. I just thought they were rather over priced. They were professional and they were courteous but everything was an add on so it ended up being very expensive.

The guys showed up at the exact time they had estimated and went right to work. They were finished with the job within an hour and a half and everything looked great. They paid close attention to spots on the carpet and made sure they were removed. very professional and easy to work with.
