We were very happy with how it came out including how fast it dried and how safe the products they used. We will definitely use them again and would recommend them to any and everyone

Description of Work: I bought their deal for a whole house carpet cleaning for $110. They sent me an email through Angie's List telling me that the "fine print" of the coupon says that it only applies to new customers. I had used them in May 2013, and had been pleased with their service, and I had given them an A rating. When Erika emailed me, telling me that the Deal couldn't apply to me, I responded politely that in that case, I would find another carpet cleaner on Angie's List. Erika did not seem to care at all that I would give someone else my business. She didn't even offer me a different deal. It appears that their goal is to drive away repeat customers and only treat first time customers well. I am very disappointed in them.

Description of Work: They cleaned my carpet for me. The service was fine and the workers were fine, but I did not like that I saw an ad for their company for less right afterwards.

Description of Work: Excellent service provided by Frankie and Rocko. Both young men were friendly, courteous, yet professional. The cleaning options were clearly explained prior to the start of service and the cost of the service was appropriate. The entire cleaning process was efficient, effective, and completed in an appropriate amount of time.

Description of Work: young ma came out and cleaned our nearly 6 year old carpet. He was complete and the carpets looked great. When I asked about cleaning the sofa he said it did not need it and I would notice no difference when he was done. In essence he was honest and did not take advantage of an easy sale!

Description of Work: "I love how clean and how 'white' the carpets get as they dry! I have two teenagers and two dogs - one of the dogs has a very sensitive stomach and she never goes more than two months before having a vomiting episode when we are at school/work. I find it unbelievable how Carbonated Solutions is able to get the green stains out. The servicemen are professional and hard working, and very loyal employees. I will never return to the other types of carpet cleaning. We feel the carbonated process is safe for all of us and dries almost immediately! THANK YOU CARBONATED SOLUTIONS"

Description of Work: Called carbonated solutions of las vegas on the reccomends of angies list. Asked if they came to Boulder City, which, at the most is a 20-25 minute drive, and the answer was yes, except hey charge an extra fee. I asked if they were licensed in B.C. and the answer was NO! Thank you for nothing. They do, however drive to Summerland at no extra charge and to Leaf Bud Ct. which is a 10-15 minute ride to Boulder City. No work was done or contracted because they were not a licensed contractor.

Description of Work: The first time I had it done,it was very good,the 2nd tim,e not as good. Didn't look very clean.It cost too much to have it cleaned.

Description of Work: They did a great job. They tried to encourage me to add on features for additional money-- but I did not, and there was no pressure. This was a 2 man operation, and was quick and neatly performed. They gave me feedback and additional business cards to pass to my friends. Service was as listed.

Description of Work: It started off on the wrong foot with this company. As requested, I gave the young man my Angie's paperwork, then he started writing up an itemized list of services which he was going to perform (including the charges for each service). The total charges he had listed were going to be more than what I had already paid for. I said "wait a minute-lets back up. When I signed up for this, I thought I was going to get a professional carpet cleaning for the original cost with no additional charges". He said that he could do that but it was just going to be the basic service (implying that it wouldn't be all that great of a carpet cleaning). I told him I thought their advertising was misrepresenting and I wasn't going to pay more than what I had already paid for through the Angie's List special deal. As it turned out, the basic carpet cleaning performed does appear to be a good job. This is the kind of stuff that causes consumers to mistrust many companies. You agree to pay a resonable price for a service to be performed then they try to "nickel and dime you" once they think they have you.
