Carbonated Solutions of Las Vegas

This is our 2nd time using Carbonated Solutions... this time for our countertops. The guys were super nice and professional. They did a great job on our counters. They were very shiny and so smooth when they were done... and I'm quite sure, A LOT more sanitary.

The guys at Carbonated Solutions are very friendly and professional... and prompt. I'd say about 90% of our tile grout came out very clean. It's strange though because our high traffic areas came out looking great, but other areas that are not walked on as much came out a bit more dingy-looking. I was a little surprised by this. Overall though, they did a good job.

I got the four bed rooms package for $110. They did charge me extra for the stairs $26 more. The did great job. Also, they removed the wine stain without extra money. They know exactly how to clean carpet. I will hire them again for sure.

I spoke to Chris to ask a few general questions and to schedule and he was very professional and courteous, answering all of my questions thoroughly. I was able to get the service scheduled right away and the team that arrived (Tommy & Nico) were very pleasant and actually arrived early (they called in advance to make sure that was okay). They worked very quickly but, man, how much better my carpet looked after they were done was amazing. I've had my carpet cleaned by other companies before and it never looked as good as it did after Carbonated Solutions cleaned it. I am very happy with all aspects of my service and will definitely be calling this company regularly to schedule future cleanings.

The service was phenomenal - very quick and professional. The carpets looked amazing and I would absolutely use them again in the future.

Crew showed up on time and did a great job lifting heavy stains off my older carpets. Carpets were dry within 2 hours and left minimal smell which was gone within that time frame as well.

Some rugs were synthetic, some wool and some silk. We delivered the rugs to the office and then picked them up so we saved any delivery fees. It took 7 business days as had been promised. They did a wonderful job and am very happy with the price and job.

They arrived on time and were very courteous. However I would not recommend using them. The method they used seemed to just redistribute the dirt rather than removing it. I will have to get another carpet cleaner to come in and really clean my carpets

The guys ran a little late due to previous jobs, but called well in advance to advise. Upon arrival they were friendly, fast, and worked hard to clean the carpets. It looked much better than my expectations due to the heavy shoe traffic and less than expensive new construction carpeting. I was very pleased. They guys were friendly, careful, and moved very fast. Due to the type of cleaning, the carpet was nearly dry when they left and the furniture was able to be replaced. Very good experience and I will use them again. I thought the price was a great value, too and there was no attempt to up sell.

The three bedrooms looked good, but the heavy traffic area, looked the same. I was not impressed with it.

My carpets are old and the former owners had many, many dogs. I have foster dogs that had a few accidents. I have grandkids ( enough said!) The carpets were terrible From the moment I contacted Carbonated Solutions right through the very end of the process, I was treated with respect, promptly and as a valued customer. Frankie and Brooks arrived as scheduled ready to work. Frankie communicated the entire process and was very upfront that some of the stains were permanent but he and Brooks would do the best they could. Well their best was amazing. I have not seen the carpet this clean ever. I am not keeping carpeting due to allergies but will continue to call CS for upholstery and tile cleaning.

They were here for about probably three and a half to four hours doing it because it's a huge piece. My experience with them went very well. They are very nice people. It was a fair price. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

They came and did exactly what they were supposed to do. They know what they are doing. They did a good job. They were careful to make sure they didn't mark up the floors and walls where the hose drags through.

They are polite and professional and were in and out of my house in less than a half an hour. Carpets were clean and dry within 2 hours.

One of workers inexperienced...possibly first day on job. Inconsistent outcome. some spots not done very well. When I had my floors done a couple of years ago with a different firm, the outcome was much better.

It turned out really well. Actually, that was terrific. They were great. The big deal was for $135 but we got extra services. The two guys who did it were Roco and Santiago and they did a really great job. They came a week and a half later after I purchased the big deal. There were additional charges but nothing that we did not want to happen. They did extra cleaning on the grout for us. The two gentlemen who came out were lovely. They were polite and upfront about everything. They were very respectful of my house and my things. I cannot say enough good things about them. We paid a little much but I felt that they did a really good job so I think it was worth the extra. The quality was great. They came quickly. They were here when they said they would be. I will use them again in the future especially because they don't use chemicals that harms the animals that are in our house.

My carpets didn't seem to clean up as well, as these guys did them a year before, but this carpet needs to be changed out. Santiago and Matt both clean neat professional and did as good as could be expected. I recommend them to anyone.
