Two workers showed up on time and were very pleasant. The carpets had some old pet stains which they were able to get out. I would recommend this company and plan to use them in the future.

Operator called during understood time frame and said he would arrive in a half our which he did. I told him what I wanted and he came up with a couple of ways of doing it. I chose which I wanted and he did it. Unlike previous carpet cleaners, this one took out all but two of my many pet stains from an adopted greyhound.

The team arrived on time, was very courteous and professional. We had moved most of the things for the carpet cleaning, but they did the one big one themselves. The did just an excellent job. I have a lot of rental houses in Kansas and have hired many carpet cleaners over the years. None were that great. I got so frustrated I even bought my own machine. I will not be using it again, I'll call Carbonated Solutions. These were the BEST carpet cleaners I've ever worked with. The results are OUTSTANDING! They did an amazing job! Thank you!! (Best to call them, rather than rely on the Angie's List messaging system, which doesn't work well)

Great! I called CS and spoke with owner Chris about what was going on with my tile. He suggested a few things they could do along with a free estimate. The estimate went good. They arrive on time and put booties over they're shoes. Santiago did a small area in my home to show the difference (My grout was in pretty bad shape) I was SOLD! I made an appointment for the following week. Santiago and Matt arrived on time and got to work right away. These two fellas worked very hard, very professional and nice. The color sealant process is very time consuming (lucky for me Santiago was very meticulous) the end result was awesome! I will definitely call on them again to clean my outside tiled BBQ area and to clean patio sofas/chairs.

REP WAS ON TIME AND PROFESSIONAL. TOOK TIME TO FLLY EXPLAIN THEIR PROCESS. MOVED THE FURNITURE. MADE CERTAIN HE COMPLETELY COVERED ALL THE AREA AND GAVE SPECIAL ATTENTION TO THE MORE SOILED AREAS. Although I don't recall the actual price or the exact date of service I do remember that the cost was lower than the previous vendor. I believe this company provided the best service and results of any other company we've used. I do intend to use them in the future.

Carbonated Solutions staff: -called and made an apt to come to my home -two men introduced themselves and they arrived in company shirts -very very professional -friendly -started to work right away I will definitely use then again!

When I set up the appointment with Chris he told me that Nico would be calling me 30 minutes before my service to let me know they were on their way. My appointment time was for 11:00am - 1:00pm so I figured I would not hear from anyone till at least lunchtime. Much to my surprise, I received a phone call at 10:30am and Nico and another worker showed up right at 11:00. Nico looked the place over and suggested that in addition to the regular cleaning, I add the deep cleaning and oder treatment. I opted for the deep cleaning only. The home I was having the carpets cleaned in is vacant as we will be selling it, and the carpet is not in great shape. There were some areas where red wine had spilled and a few pet stains also. Nico explained that the red wine stains may not come out as they were old but since it is going to be sold as is, I did not choose to opt for additional treatment to the stains. They vacuumed the carpet, applied solution and used the carpet cleaning machine - they were done in just over an hour and I can't believe how good the carpet looks. The old wine stains are pretty much gone and the high traffic areas look fantastic. Both workers were pleasant and professional and I will be calling them soon to clean my carpets in my home.

First time using the cleaning dry process and Carbonated Solutions. They did a great job and lived up to our expectations! Would definitely use this company again! Best carpet cleaning ever!

The service went very well. They did a great job and they got out the stain. We knocked them down a grade because of the price. The price was over $300. They had to do a lot of extra work.

This is my second time contacting Carbonated Solutions. I originally had my tile/grout sealed when I moved into my new home. When I need a carpet cleaning I knew exactly who to call. Upon arrival the technicians took a look at the carpets and gave suggestions and recommendations. The cleaning process started with them vacuuming the entire home which I thought was awesome. After they vacuumed the home there was a solution applied to the carpet areas. They then came in with almost giant spinning mop heads that rotated and agitated the fibers. The process moved along at a good pace, you could tell they work hard. The stairs were done by hand with a smaller handheld version. The best part was the dry time which the carpets where completely dry in a matter of a couple hours. I plan on contacting them again to clean in the future.

Nicely done, on time and within budget

Nico, Chris and Brooks were extremely helpful, straight forward, and quality work was completed. They answered my call immediately, scheduled the free estimate and called prior to arrival. Nico arrived on time and performed his examination of my new tile and few stains. He quickly assured my the color seal would cover any stains and brought in color samples that we tested to see if there was a seal to match - and there was. He was pet friendly and aware - cautious when walking in and out of the home! Project was scheduled within a week's time, work completed on time within 6 hours and we jointly inspected the work. Any spots missed were touched up immediately. This product works! My floors like even and new- no oil stain. Now, we can wipe up anything with no worries. Even left me the remaining seal in case I need to touch up a spot. Great job - would trust them to return and clean my floors or seal my counters. Highly recommend them.

They got stains out that other carpet cleaners were not able to get out.

I was pleased that they removed the area rugs (an 8x10 and a 12x18) and cleaned them at their establishment. I chose this company because they are eco-friendly. They were quite professional. When they returned with the rugs, they were careful about moving furniture and were very particular about getting everything back in place to my satisfaction. The rugs did not come back perfectly clean, but I had expected that due to the fact that they had been inherited from my mother upon her passing, and in her last years she had not been able to keep up with household tasks. I will use them again, and perhaps the rugs will come cleaner this time.

Carbonated Solutions of Las Vegas called and said they would be at my house within a 1/2 hour.2 men arrived on time, came in and started by evaluating my carpeit. Then they explained what they were going to do to clean the carpet and got started. They did everything I had requested and then some. The carpeit was not really wet compared to other carpeit cleaning companies I have used, and was complete dry within an hour. The work Carbonated Solutions of Las Vegas done for me was very professional. The carpeit looks great and I would have no problem recommending this company. They do a great job at a fair price.

Santiago called when he was on his way and showed up on time as scheduled. He did a great job. We had a large pet stain in our living room and the stains are gone and so is the smell! Our stairs were very dirty and now they are much cleaner. He came alone which concerned me as we had an afternoon appointment but he was thorough and finished well before we needed to leave. I have used this company several times and will definitely use them again. Thank you Santiago.. you did a great job.

The male cleaned all our carpets and stairs. He was hear about an hour. He came and left and I noticed the carpet on the stairs looked very dirty. We called and they came back and cleaned it all again. This is a company has integrity and makes sure that customers are happy.

OMG, These guys are incredible!! I can't say enough about Frankie and Matthew .My carpet looks ,smells and feels incredible!! I learned so much from them about carpets and taking care of them and they really paid attention to detail. I had already vacuumed my carpet before they came and they vacuumed it again and cleaned all around my baseboards and moved my furniture to .They were super nice and I really enjoyed working with them. I will never, ever use anyone else again!!!
