They were friendly, quick and professional. They arrived on time and got right to work.

On time - professional - moved all the furnituree from the kiten - cleaned the tiles - they were spotless and moved funtireu back. I am buying deal again!!!

Service was great! They cleaned my four carpeted berber carpets for $124.00. When they arrived they suggested we purchase an additional sanitiization and disinfection service that they offer for $70.88 since the home had previously been rented and had a dog. We purchased that as well. I also asked them about cleaning and sealing the floor tile which was very dirty. We have a large area of tile and this service proved to be too expensive, so we passed on that. I did notice a fairly large amount of white powder in my vaccum after the first few vacuums. I have always used traditional steam cleaning before so I was not surprised by this.

Technician showed up on time and briefed us on the process. He took his time and did a fantastic job. I will definitely use them in the future.

The tech Santiago showed up on time explained what was needed and the price then went to work. He spent a good 3 hrs. and did a great job.

It was wonderful! We have used them in the past and we have never had any problems. I have been using them for 3 years at least. At the time of my Big Deal purchase, I didn’t realize it was for new customers only, but they still honored it. I like their work and I definitely again. I had additional services with the Big Deal so there were additional costs with the Big Deal.

NOTE: This requires a level of detail that is more time consuming than I care to provide. Suggest you find an alternative survey method that is less demanding on reviewers.

I'm so impressed with this company and especially their tech, Santiago, that I'm writing this review as he completes the task. I've NEVER had a carpet cleaning company vacuum before cleaning, but Santiago was very thorough & vacuumed up all that my Shark missed.. . My 27 year old carpet looks nearly new despite generations of outdoor/indoor canines and has never smelled so fresh. Santiago was very personable, professional, and clearly committed to doing a superior job! A+ all the way!

Santiago arrived on time, as usual. I had already decided that the only carpet that needed cleaning was the family room and hall, but he surveyed the other rooms at my request just to make sure I hadn't overlooked something. He set right to work. Cleaning the furniture was quite laborious, and took a long time. However, they looked wonderful when he was done. The carpet, as usual, looked almost new. Even the worst areas looked good. Santiago is friendly, professional, and efficient. He has done work on our carpets in the past and will, hopefully, be available for future work. He does a great job.

It was interesting to see how they clean using their method, but I don't know that it was as clean as it would be compared to other cleaning methods. Therefore, I'm not sure if I would use them again.

I have used Carbonated Solutions before and I am just as happy this time as the last. My carpeting which is 13 years old looks almost brand new. This company takes the time and care that I would use if I had the equipment and could do it myself. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Santiago was here before. He called me when he was on his way, he is friendly, fast and a very hard worker.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They're okay. I've used them a lot of times. They're people, they're friendly and knowledgeable. I'm not sure if the carbonated way is the way to go but I don't know which one is. I've tried them on and there's still something left. Anyway, it's good to have it done every 6 months so that's okay.

They came, they cleaned, they left. The system didn't seem to be any better than any other cleaning company. I now do my own carpets with my own machine.

It was 2 guys, they called and asked if they could come early, they were very professional and they were just very nice guys.

I called for an estimate on 7/16/13 and Chris came out. He called and asked if he could come early. He gave me a written estimate and was very thorough. He explained the procedure and I decided to book. On 7/24/13, Chris and Frankie called and asked if they could come early. I asked them to add a countertop and Chris agreed. Chris again explained the procedure and they quickly went to work. They were fast, efficient and it was done in about 1 1/2 hours. I was amazed. (Chris did not even charge me for the extra counterrop.) My floors look great. It has taken me over 10 years to have the courage to clean all this tile. I was worried about cost and mess. With Chris giving me an estimate and explaining the procedure it really helped. I will not hesitate to call them again. In fact I am having my carpets cleaned by them next week. They are a full service company when it comes to floors. I should also mention that my neighbor saw my floors and asked for their number.

They did a great job my counters look like new, the were efficient neat and very pleasant.. I have used them to clean my carpets and they did a great job and the did a great job again

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were great. They were fantastic.

They did a walk through to see the areas to be cleaned. Then, they explained what they were going to do and the price. Then they vacuumed all of the carpet and moved furniture. After the area was treated and cleaned, they "raked" it with a Capet rake. They used minimal water during the cleaning, so The carpet was dry in a couple of hours. I also used my Angie's List coupon.

The company was very responsive and quickly scheduled us when we were ready to go. Frankie called a half hour ahead of scheduled arrival, then showed up on time. Great guy, very nice and a hard worker. In addition to cleaning the carpets, we also had him clean our living room furniture. He worked non-stop for hours and did a fantastic job. I hope he's available next time we clean our carpets.

Service was very good. I needed this job done last minute and with only a couple days notice. Apparently their office closes at 5 but Erika still answered the phone at 5:15 to book my appointment. Obviously they care about the business. Both she, and the service tech, Santiago, were very friendly and professional. I felt communciation was good throughout the process, they delivered on everything they said they would, and the finished product came out great. Also, they'd given me a 2 hour window in which the tech would arrive on the scheduled day...I let them know time was an important factor for me and I really needed the job done as early as possible. They got back to me right away to confirm the tech would be there promptly at the inital starting time requested, and he was, as promised. I will be happy to recommend them any time.
